Was very disappointing not being able to use the pool because of the construction work happening, and the noise being generated. Sadly this was not communicated prior arrival or booking, as otherwise we would have clearly chosen a different place.

Easy to access. Good location for bus, beach and restaurants. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was fine. Cooking stove good.

The quality of the chairs on the balcony was poor. One was broken and we had to get an Allan key to tighten the others. There was a lot of building noise nearby! No wooden spoons and no tin opener. The shower took a while to drain.

there are cleaning ladies in the building but they won’t touch your rubbish if you leave it outside the door, you are required to carry your rubbish to the bins a trek away in the parking lot. it can take 10 minutes to do the round. i think the agency managing the property could include this into the service for the owner. It makes a huge difference in hot weather to get rubbish disposed off without the hassle when you are on holiday. If you are a single parent with a young child, you are stuffed. the poor quality of the kitchenware, (cheap and used kettle, cheap and used pans) , no soap dispensers, no cutting board, brought my own and left it there, hope the next people could take advantage of this one of the bedrooms has no windows, the double one can be noisy in the evenings because it is just over the concourse leading to las Cucharas shopping/restaurant area. the safe is ancient and small and wont hold a laptop, I couldn’t operate it so didn’t bother the wooden built in wardrobes look tired and make the room feel it is time for renovation when you look at amenities before you book, you get excited by the swimming pool, but nobody tells you that the water will feel too cold to step into when we were there in June, there was a handful of people by the pool but no one inside

An excellent stay at this apartment. Exactly as we expected, very clean and comfortable and the balcony was the best! In a great area within walking distance of great resturants and bars. We can't wait to come back!

Beds comfortable however single bed could be improved as not as sturdy.

We loved the apartment, Julie was an amazing host and extremely helpful with great communication. Location perfect, lovely clean apartment, such a relaxing holiday
