We actually ended up staying in Bellavista II which is in the same building. The view is spectacular and makes the whole stay very special. Great entertainment available for rainy days and close proximity to Portoroz beach, which is great to take a dip.

Martina and her father are super hosts! We were welcomed by Martina with lots of goodies! They are also very helpful in giving tips and tricks for restaurants, nice places, etc. The apartment is super neat with nice extra features (lighting, Netflix, special shower, ...)

You need to have strong legs to go up the steep climb from Portoroz/the beach back to the villa. In the villa itself, all is wonderful! One minor tip: maybe a bigger outside table to eat/play games outside.

The level of luxury in the villa was way above our expectations and immediately made us feel properly on holiday. The host communicated very well with us right from the point of booking and was very accommodating. We stated our approximate arrival time and when we arrived, we were able to park straight away right outside the front door and the host was already waitining for us.

We didn't use the beaches in Portoroz because they all seemed to charge entrance fees and were mostly built of stone and concrete, too reminiscent of big hotel resorts, which is not our cup of tea.

The villa is on a magnificent location with the best view over portoroz you could possibly have. The apartment is very beuatiful with amazing functions. Its very modern and you have everything you need for a relaxed vacation in it. The host is also very nice and shows great passion that you have a nice time during your vacation in the villa.

Amazing apartment ultra modern with huge smartTV and beautiful view on the bay from bed and kitchen ! The bed is so comfortable you can stay into for 24h ! You can adjust intensity of lights etc... And many welcome gifts. Thank you so much ! It's a big house with few apartments. We had the one with terace and garden.
