The view was beautiful and every thing was good except for the items mentioned above.

The rugs were dirty in the living room and dining room.. The cupboard under the sink had moldy food behind the basket.

Nice location, condo was renovated, and clean. The staff and maintenance were really nice and friendly.

I had a hard time getting the key to my room that was in the lock box next to the door. I received an email with check in instructions but when I click the link and try to log in I couldn’t. I wasn’t able to get the code to the lock box. I had to call them and the gentleman who took my call was very nice and helpful. The code he gave me still didn’t work so I had to call him again. He reset the code and gave me a new code and I was able to unlock the box. That was only a small mishap with my stay. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location, easy to access, clean and right on the beach.

TV system was confusing and we were not able to figure it out.

Location was nice

The unhelpful owner. We booked the spot, and there were more fees than expected. Tried to cancel the next day but was told it was already paid and would not reimburse. Fees were as much as the room itself. The main bathroom light didn't work, and the pull out bed had major scratches on the door (hopefully, they won't try and blame us for it). The end table in the bedroom had water damage. The extra bathroom drain would not drain quickly.

The location is fabulous and the view outstanding!

When I'm paying over $400 per night, my expectation is that the facilities warrant that price. The condo is in real need of renovation with a deep clean. The condo smells musty, 2 lights were out, coffee should be provided, not simply coffee beans with NO Grinder, no Kleenex was provided and the cleanliness of the balcony was non-existent. Cleanliness inside was okay but the carpeting has some stains and so you're really not sure how clean the place is.

We have stayed 2 times in this building, in different units. This unit is nicely updated.

The staff knew we had 4 people, but the Murphy bed was not made, we had to look for the sheets & make the bed.
