All of the little touches - biscuits - drinks etc. The welcome pack of bread milk etc. The cleanliness, excellent facilities, extremely welcoming hosts and a great cooked breakfast (An extra). The separate entrace and the reserved parking.

Did not like is too strong but the bedroom (clearly shown in photographs so not a surprise) has the bed against the wall. As somewhat older visitors who need to get up in the night this worked but visitors should be aware. Certainly not enough of a problem that would stop us from visiting again which we fully anticipate that we will.

Spacious lounge, well equipped little kitchen and they provided a selection of food or drinks which some were chargeable but very reasonable prices. Lot's of games, big smart TV and cute little Xmas decorations.

Was a little awkward if the blinds were open you could see into the house and vice versa. There also seemed to be a strange smell in the living area whilst using the shower - very odd.

Comfortable bed, not too far from town, parking, quiet, Linda and Tony both lovely - great communication.

Might not be everyone’s preference to be in someone’s garden but it worked perfectly well for us.

What a great find. Linda's Annex had everything we needed and was beautiful. It is exceptionally well kept, clean and well stocked and furnished. Breakfast items and tea/coffee were plentiful. Location was ideal. Regular buses leave for Hove and Brighton from the end of the road (much easier than finding parking) Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.

Fantastic little hideaway, very clean and all I could have asked for in my short trip to Brighton. The full fridge was very welcome even down to the separately packed slices of bread for toast. Very cheap drinks in the fridge too on a hot two days that was very welcome. Lindas communication was quick too...thank you!

Where do I even start. This annexe is home from home, I’ve never slept so well when away from home - I wanted to bring the bed with me! I was down south on a course so wanted somewhere that allowed me to have my own space. The place was spotless and had so many added extras. Will be telling others about this place and I’ll be booking for my next course. Thank you sooo much :)

The annex is clean, spacious and great value for money. Netflix, Alexa, tea/coffee/milk/ bread which was free to use and then a mini bar at great prices. We are attending again in sept! Highly recommended

Linda and Tony have thought of everything you could possibly need. Such kind and lovely hosts - went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The annex was absolutely spotless and was a really well designed space.

I self catered and was pleasantly surprised to find the basics-tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter and marmite already there. Also complementary crisps, sweets and chocolate with a wide selection of wine, gin and vodka drinks available at very reasonable prices. The family are very pleasant and friendly while the cabin in their garden is very comfortable and ideally situated to visit my brother nearby.

There wasn't anything that needed improving and I would recommend this property highly.

We spent two nights at the annexe. We were warmly greeted by members of the family who showed us around. The annexe was warm and cosy. The host left complimentary drinks and snacks, additional drinks were available to purchase. This was all clearly explained with a lovely welcome note. There is off road parking. Taxi’s into Brighton were approximately £10-12. Local shops and takeaways are a 10 minute walk away. We will definitely be staying again. A very welcoming place to stay.

Amazing facility. Landlords have paid attention to every little detail. Everything is available one can imagine. Alexa, gaming console, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Mini bar at very affordable prices. Very courteous and caring landlords. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.

The welcome to the property was lovely, both in terms of the personal greeting and explanations when we got there, and in the additional written information and communication provided before and on arrival. The accommodation was comfortable and well thought out, with some nice homely touches. There were some free treats of fruit and snacks, which were appreciated, and other things that could be added for a reasonable price.

Really we were very happy with the whole experience. If I wanted to be really picky, it would have been nice to have a shelf and/or bedside table as a place to put things down in the bedroom, but it wasn't a big deal except possibly for an elderly guest.

No breakfast, even though we paid for it. Maybe we left too early at 08:50. Convenient parking at front of main house. Well serviced with good levels of supplies in fridge and complimentary snacks and fruit.

Bed is up against the wall in the bedroom with access only from one side. Bathroom hand basin has been damaged and a repair attempted. Not a welcoming sight.
