Clean rooms friendly staff. Front desk girls fantastic, Joanna was a sweetheart. Welcomed us with a smile and greeted us with a friendly personality. Room was clean. Everything was perfect. The kitchen all clean. Beds clean and comfortable. It really was a great stay for my family and me.

If you can deal with a motorcycle or truck driving by once or twice. It was really quiet. Not the hotels fault anyway. I really don't even want to mention it but it's all I can think of. It really was a great stay

Bedding and floors in room had not been cleaned prior to checking in, asked for housekeeping and then the bedding still was not as clean as it should have been, honestly I don't think the sheets were cleaned at all, then the room smelled like smoke after housekeeping had been in, the phone in the room didn't work at all. When checking out the next morning at 8:30am the window in the lobby was still closed (even though signs posted said 7am) apparently the morning attendant was just sitting in the room with the window closed, and when calling from the lobby phone to dial 500 for assistance several times, there wasn't an answer. Will never stay at this establishment again and quite frankly want my money back. Also, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Reviews were checked before booking here and I don't know how anyone ever rated this hotel well at all. Extremely disappointed. Housekeeping needs lessons on cleanliness.

I like that it was clean and the room was spacious also it had a stove big refrigerator and lots of draws to store you belongings.

I didn’t like that my room had a bad smell it smelled like a dog was staying there also they didn’t have a blow dryer and the bed size should have been a king not a queen.

clean, comfort, convenience gas stations, food, off highway was right out front getting me to downtown in about 20 min. Check in & out was easy and simple.

no extras really, had a kitchen but no disposable plates, cups, napkins . had to go to front desk if needed towels or clean sheets. I think I only saw one person running the entire facilities ??

We had a 10 day driving trip from Tallahassee, Fl to NYC. We stayed at a lot of different places. This one was my number 1. Our room was spacious, clean and had a kitchenette. Walmart and Outlets were 1 mile away. 20 min drive to the center of Philly. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was not comfy. Our backs and necks were sore. We were itchy. Looked like they didn’t clean the bedsheets. Barely had warm water.

Soon we walked on the floor there was rubber gloves and a used bar of soap at our door. There was hair all over tub and shower and when we pulled back sheets there were blood drops in them. Paraphernalia in elevator and hallways.
