Clean and comfortable hotel within walking distance to several restaurants. I needed to change room and the front desk clerk was very understanding and this was appreciated.

Carpeting in rooms need updating or removal entirely. Had to change room due to odor from air conditioner.

Comfortable and clean room with nice view. Hot breakfast.

Room had microwave, refrigerator, very clean. Location: Multiple restaurants and casino near by. Big parking lot. Pool was avalaible- open at 9am close at 8pm

Pool needs to be open at 6am if possible. Cable was not working on 7/16 around 10:45 am- it said: Error.

they don't make up the room daily as they did prior to covid i guess they are trying to save money but the rate is still very high as before covid elevators are filthy seems people who don't stay at the hotel, come in the morning to serve themselves at the free breakfast

It is a great location. Close to everything.

When we went up to the room we pulled back the blankets and found the sheets were dirty, I mean very dirty. Old bed bug stains, hairs and when I pulled the blankets back further, I was disgusted to find dried sperm. The sheets, very obviously, were not changed. The bathroom had toothpaste stains on the wall and other stains on the other walls. We went down stairs and asked for the sheets to be changed , told them they were disgusting, no sorry, almost as it was an everyday thing, we were told they will have someone change sheets. That's it. No apology. The hotel was full and we had tickets to a show. We left, came back sheets were changed. Next morning go to take a shower and realize 1 tiny bar of soap ,no hot water and a moldy shower. Checked out, wasn't asked about stay. I have stayed many hotels by far this is the dirtiest place I have ever gone to. I will never go back.

Didn't like that you had to request to have your room cleaned daily w housekeeping. Also the restaurant downstairs was closed the entire time after we were told it was supposed to be open. Also, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and outdated.

it’s well keep inside and outside and the person who checked us in was very pleasant and that’s all we need when it comes to customer service.

I told manager I left a tip for housekeeping to make my bed they took the money but never made the bed!
