جيد هدوء قريب من اغلب احتياجاتي وبقرب المطار الاستاف جميل وبشوش

سوء شبكه الاتصال ببعض الغرف قامو بالغاء حجزي وذالك بسبب حضوري متأخر واضطررت لدفع يوم اخر بسبب ذالك وحتى الان لم يتم اعاده المبلغ المخصوم الي حسابي الافطار لايوجد بوفيه لذالك وفر موضوع 10 دولار كي لاتنصدم بالواقع

A l'arrivée j'ai été accueilli par Zaki un de réceptionniste il est très professionnel et serviable,il n'hésite pas à te venir en aide en cas de besoin...merci bcp Zaki

عدم المرونة وعدم التعاون

اول شي هذا مش فندق و هي وحدات سكنيه و معقدين جدا لدرجه اذا طلبت ديليفري بيفتش الوجبه و بيحققو مع التوصيل . كل شي عندهم ممنوع . و اجواء غير مريحه . اذا تبغى توصل غرفتك كانها سراديب و ممرات . و لا يوجد كافيه او كافتيريا و الصور غير الواقع و اليركه دخوليه و ليست مجانيه لنزلاء الفندق

كانت الغرف نظيفة وكانت المرافق بحالة جيدة نظافة الفندق فاقت توقعاتي أماكن إقامة مريحة كانت الأسرة مريحة بشكل استثنائي. وتعاون جدا جدا راقي من مستر /زكي و مينا/ والطاقم كامل اقدم جزيلا الشكر على حسن التعامل والاهتمام في راحت النزيل.

المكان هادي ولكن قديم والخدمه يعني وغير صادقين بالمره - عند الحجز اخبروني ان الفطار أستطيع اطلبه بالغرفه - وتم ذلك مره وانا اقامتي تجاوزت 10 ايام وبالمرات التاليه رفضوا يطلعوا الفطار ولما اشتكيت - ارسلوا الفطور ولكن بدون شاي او قهوه وقالوا ادفعوا حقه

الفطور كمان سيء كونتنتال بدون بيض - وسيء جدا وبجد المعامله بذوق لكن بدون تنفيذ المنشفه قديمه جدا جدا عندهم وحطين اتنين صغيرين لن اكررها أبدا

الغرفه غير جيدة وحمام غير نظيف

Apartamento amplo, cama confortável, muitas comodidades (TV satélite, porém com 90% canais árabes, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, YouTube), chaleira elétrica, microondas, fogão, ar condicionado central) e muito seguro. Nas avaliações que vi o pessoal confunde com hotel, não é hotel, para mim está claro no Booking. Por não ser hotel, não há café da manhã, mas dentro do condomínio há um café, para quem não quiser fazer o próprio. Muito próximo do Aeroporto, Cairo é uma metrópole com trânsito pesado e congestionamentos, com isso é ótima opção para um pitstop antes do voo.

As fotos do apartamento não eram exatamente as do local, poderiam melhorar isso, como não tem café existem informações importantes a serem destacadas (dicas) … Negmet market é local próximo para compras, há um shopping novo próximo, mas falta ocupação das lojas, para funcionar a pleno. Algo importantíssimo que deveria ser mais destacado no Booking é a exigência de declaração de casamento, por sorte tinha uma foto no celular.

1. If you happen to be traveling with someone of the opposite sex and you are not married, you can't share a room. While I think that this is an unacceptable invasion of privacy for a secular country like Egypt, I would still be OK with it if that was clearly recognizable when booking the room. This information needs to be IN THE HOTEL DESCRIPTION, not in the room details. The hotel employees made my friend, who just arrived from China, wait in the lobby for hours. She wasn't even allowed to use my room's bathroom but was forced to use the overly dirty bathroom of the lobby. That WC was so disgusting, that my friend had to sneak into my hotel room to use the WC there. Of course, the hotel employees don't seem to have much to do but to watch their guests, so that after a few seconds, they started calling the phone in my room. None of this is appropriate in any regard. 2. The cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired. This dirtiness might be acceptable for a private B&B, but not for an international hotel chain. When you lie down on the hotel bed and are only centimeters away from disgusting dirt, your sleep won't be as restful as you need it. The lady's room in the lobby was so dirty that my friend was too disgusted to use it. 3. There is a so-called restaurant in the compound, but it only sells pre-packaged breakfast. The waiters in the restaurant were very nice and did their best to accommodate us, but there's not much they can do if all they get to sell is toast slices and a croissant wrapped in plastic. There are no other restaurants in walking distance which makes it even worse.

المكان جميل جدا ونظيف قريب من مطار القاهرة والاستوديو كان رائع جدا في كل التفاصيل.

طاقم العمل كان غير متعاون بشكل كبير لا يتعاملون مع النزلاء بشكل لائق الكثير من العوائق في الدفع والإجراءات والانتظار لوقت طويل لأسباب غير معروفة وكذلك عند الدخول والخروج يتم سؤلنا من نحن من أشخاص اقرب لرجال الأمن بشكل غير لائق

I enjoyed my stay there place was nice and neat Front disk team starting from mr Mina Noshy to mr Zaki his supervisor was very helpful and they assisted me From A to Z during my stay thanks alot guys Also mr khalid from housekeeping team was very professional and helpful he helps me alot to prepare infant Bed and sleeping atmosphere for my baby daughter Nice place to stay Highly recommended Thanks

المكان بعيد عن كل شي الاسعار غاليه علي مستوي المكان موظف الأستقبال زكي سي جدا جدا حولنا نطلب تمديد ساعتين حسب نظام كل الفنادق لا يوجد نظام

اعرف انه حجزك حسب العمله اللي في بونج لأنهم راح يطلبون منك دورلار استغلال عند الوصول المستأجر انتبهه

The swimming pool and the gardens around it.

No facilities in the hotel, only coffee shop & minibar with poor products. I think some of the staff need more training in how to deal with the visitors from different countries. The person who took my bag to my room need more training because he was very fast while he was carrying my bag and he was very jangly with it which may cause damage to some of my stuff inside, he need to learn to be more calm with the Baggs.

نظيف والموظفين حلوين خدومين

للاسف كل التعليقات ايجابيه وناسين اهم شي هو الخدمات المكان يبعد عن وسط المدينه حدود نص ساعه يعني الي توفره بالسكن تصرفه في اوبر والمشاوير مافيه اي خدمات قريبه سواء سوبر جمال سالم الفندق يعتبر داخل حارة المكان هادي ولا يعلى عليه ولكن عيبه بعده عن كل شي عن الممشى النيل وسط المدينه

It is a clean comfortable and friendly staff hotel. With an excellent front reception room service team.

Noise . Such an air conditioning machine. Staff talking loudly at night time. Sharing rooms are the worst
