Summary Disappointing stay at a subpar hotel. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained with significant plumbing and noise issues. The limited amenities, including a tiny pool and non-functional sauna, were further disappointments. The staff's indifference to our complaints exacerbated an overall unpleasant experience. This hotel is at best a 2-star establishment. Detailed Review Our stay was marred by a multitude of problems. The room was unclean, with a dirty shower and rust-stained faucets. The constant, loud noise from the water pipes and neighboring rooms made it impossible to relax. The situation was further compounded by cigarette smoke seeping into our room from a neighboring unit despite multiple complaints to the front desk. We requested a room change due to the unbearable noise but were met with indifference from the staff. Despite repeated requests, the issue was never addressed. The lack of sound insulation between rooms meant that even normal conversation from neighbors was disruptive. The hotel's amenities were also disappointing. The breakfast offered little to no options, forcing us to seek food elsewhere each morning. The sauna was non-functional unless manually activated, requiring a lengthy wait time. The pool was tiny and felt overcrowded with more than a few guests. Overall, our stay was extremely unsatisfactory. The combination of poor room conditions, inadequate amenities, and unresponsive staff resulted in a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

The staff are very accommodating and hotel is so relaxing.

A szoba nagyon kényelmes és jól felszerelt volt. A fürdőszoba abszolút 1. osztályú volt. A metró is közel van, a hotel saját parkolójában a parkolással sem volt gond.

A wifi alig működött, illetve a reggeli egyhangú volt. Ez nem kritika, inkább javaslat a szolgáltatásuk fejlesztésére.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben direkt beim einchecken das Zimmer in eine Suite kostenlos "upgegradet". Sehr ruhiges Hotel. Kostenlose Parkplätze.

Das Frühstück ist weit unter den Erwartungen gewesen. Viel zu wenig Auswahl. Während unseres ganzen Aufenthalts haben die es nicht geschafft deren Bank POS-Geraet austauschen zu lassen. Sehr grosse Probleme beim Auschecken gehabt. Sie haben darauf bestanden, dass wir bar bezahlen. Letztendlich sind wir in einen nahegelegenen Supermarkt gefahren, wo wir mit Karte deren Wocheneinkauf bezahlt haben. :(( Das Hotel ist auf gar keinen Fall fünf Sterne. Auch keine vier Sterne. (Max. drei Sterne)

I liked the quality of the breakfast, and it was nice to swim in the pool, the water temperature in the pool showed 25 degrees on the thermometer (it's good that they have a floating thermometer in the corner of the pool), by the way, Wi-Fi was very weak in the room, but when I contacted the reception (I especially want to note an employee named Ruslan) they quickly brought a high-speed Wi-Fi router, very responsive employees, the restaurant cooks very delicious food on order, we had a good lunch and dinner, we were very pleased with our stay at the VOLGA hotel.

Hotel staff are very polite and frindly, very nice hotel to rest during the journey to Gabala. Room and bed is very clean and confy 👍😊 Very good value for the money 👌💵
