please do needful for refund of 500/-
as he has not duplicate key of door lock
they informed us if key of room number 226 found in room they don’t charge 500/- but they charged forcefully

Nothing was provided by the property like no soap or body wash was provided even after asking it for 'n' number of times then they were providing with the request. Also the staff there didn't knew anything about the issue they were not knowing how to fix it.
Everything including the pillow, TV, WiFi and better customer service. They just don't bother once we have checked in into their property and if we tell them about the issue and the way it should be handled, they'll ask you to directly just leave the property and go somewhere else. Even there's nothing available to eat, they do provide their menu card but most of the items are not available that are given in the menu and we were not allowed to order any outside food.
