Fabulous place & staff & well taken care of

The property was spacious with a good sized pool. Rooms were large all with there own bathrooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

From the moment we arrived and opened our door for the first time, we were transported to the paradise that Bali is. The location provided a quiet retreat in the busy area of Seminyak. The pool and lounge/kitchen area were just as pictured and the bedrooms provided large, comfortable beds and spacious individual bathrooms to relax and revitalize at the end of a busy day. The staff was very helpful, approachable and made our satisfaction a priority. I look forward to seeing my new friends again in the future.

Juada Garden was fantastic. we really enjoyed our stay, cleanliness, staff, location, facilities excellent.

Unfortunately I did not get what I booked - the property did not resemble the booking property, including the floor plan, size of pool and size of yard. When I raised this with reception, he dishonestly advised that the 3 bedroom properties are different, BUT I DID NOT REQUIRE 3 BEDROOMS ( but you know that!). The physical layout of the accommodation was basically 3 separate bedrooms with a bathroom, without any connection to one another, all lockable with a TV room in the middle open to the elements, with 1 ceiling fan that was ineffective. It did not suit us as we are a family with 2 teenage boys who basically sat in their respective rooms as that was the coolest place. It did not make for family interactions at all. Not suitable for a family!!! Secondly, one bedroom did not have a roof and was open for anyone to climb a wall to gain entry. Where is the security? yes you provided a lock to the bathroom, but that is not acceptable security! Every time we went out, we had to lock 3 separate bedrooms, a bathroom and the main entry gate!!! keeping track of keys was a nightmare. Lastly, the couch you provided was so dirty - I doubt it had ever been cleaned- it was not fit for a dog to lie on, IMO. We did not sit on it. I was invited into one of the properties that I booked and noticed that it was far superior and different to what you provided us. The pool was larger so it was not like a hot bath, as you provided us. Honestly, I could not get out of there fast enough- and very disappointed by the dishonesty, in the service of making money. I would have appreciated accurate honest information about the property, and you had ample opportunity to do that- but you chose not to. DISAPPOINTED.

Excellent location, super convenient we only stayed the 2 nights as we needed to be in the area and it was sufficient as a last minute booking. Staff were very helpful and cleaning occurred daily

Property is older style , a little worn and tired but great value for money and literally in the main street of seminyak , close to everything but still quiet .

the location was fantastic, the pool beautiful & lots of space. we had villa 8 & villa 11. Villa 8 was perfect but villa 11 a little tired & needs some upgrades

we are four people with 3 rooms, husband and wife with 2 teenage childrens, this villa can be for 6 people, because there are beds for 6 people. looks from the outside like a rather old building, but once you enter it's really very clean and quite nice, neat, clean rooms, clean toilets, complete cold air conditioning towels, as well as provided towels for swimming, kitchen equipment is there, mineral water with a dispenser , refrigerator, 2 burner gas stove. the staff & security guards are also friendly, walk out on the side there is a mini mart, and across the road there is a circle K mini mart not far about 700 meters, there is a large supermarket (Bintang) which sells various fruits, vegetables and meat and etc. not far too if you want to go to seminyak beach

when we booked this place, breakfast was not included, but it didn't matter that we ended up shopping at the Bintang Super Market to buy groceries to cook breakfast ourselves

location was amazing quiet and hidden down a back property. check in and out was easy . The staff friendly and let us check out later due to sickness…the pool was great also the lovely manager offered us Xmas food and drinks on Xmas day which was really lovely and thoughtful.

unfortunately the villa we were given was not as pics advertised but for the price it was fine . We only paid $ 140 nzd night so can’t really complain. I would recommend some kind of shelter to stop rain coming into open air lounge. The mosquitoes were bad however not the properties fault. Was comfortable and affordable

Very spacious villa with 3 separate bedrooms. The ground floor lounge area with the private pool was perfect for evenings. Glad we had pool towels. Housekeeping was also good. The location is very good, a lot of small shops around, and not far away form a main beach, easy to walk. The staff was helpful. AC worked in all bedrooms.

The room upstairs was full of mosquito, which disturbed night sleep and was very uncomfortable.

Price vs facilities was great. Location could always have been closer to beach but that is relative to price. As far as location to shopping and food, cant go wrong.

The responsiveness of the staff was acceptable and they attended to issues promptly, although there was only so much that could be done due to the condition of some facilities.

We understand that the owner had a hard time during the Pandemic, which forced the Villas to go vacant for around 2 years. Many areas, especially bathrooms needed repairs and I am sure that they would be carried out as their business start to gather momentum. They tried to make us comfortable and we appreciate the effort.
