Claudia is the nicest person I’ve ever met in UK, she ‘s kind, communicable and considerate. The bathroom and bedroom are spacious, clean and well-equipped. It is very quiet and the tram is just around the corner, 30 minutes to the city center. There are Tesco, Iceland, Boots and Wilko near the property. Anyways it is really a lovely place! really wish I can stay longer btw the cat is so fluffy and friendly

Claudia was very nice seemed a bit weird at first staying in someone's apartment but soon got used to it room was lovely private bathroom only stayed one night as going to airport cat was lovely x

The apartment was great with beautiful British views, and there’s a tram/bus stop really nearby, where you can easily get to Etihad and Manchester! The owner was amazing and there was a cat, too :) We’ll definitely come back!

Claudia is the perfect host. The apartment is spotless, cosy and welcoming. Parking is an added bonus. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here. Incredible value for money.

Very comfy bed and room. Exclusive use of bathroom. Very friendly and accommodating host. Close to tram stop - easy journey into city centre. Free parking available if needed.

Great room, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Was very nice to meet Claudia. Very lovely and friendly.

Claudia was super communicative and flexible and made it easy for us to check in in the evening and offered to keep our bags after check out if we needed it. The building is relatively easy to get to by tram and bus. The room was comfortable and the bathroom clean and we had access to the kitchen to have meals in.

Shower over the bath not ideal for us. No grab handles. Our bed was softer than we prefer and the room on the small side but fine for a short stay. Overall a very nice place.

Host was welcoming, friendly and the cat was lovely too 😁 Convenient location to tram stop. Facilities were excellent and bed very comfortable.

Location is just off the main road with plenty of transport options. Reception at the door was lovely and the place was very clean and quiet. Plus bonus points for a wonderful cat ☺️

Lovely host. Private bathroom. Owner allows use of kitchen, fridge etc. Good sized TV. Good location and public transport links into Manchester. Safe and secure, free, underground parking.

Double bed takes up a lot of the room. No desk to work at. Ideal for holiday traveller but perhaps not for business. No lock on bedroom door, didn't bother me but I imagine it would be an issue for some. Bed mattress softer than I'm used to.

Nice quiet apartment right next to a tram station with various shops and loads of food joints to make use of along with the underground private parking and great view it was superb. Claudia is also a very social and nice person to get on with.

It was very clean, and the lady was very helpful whenever we had any questions about the surroundings of the House. we also had an accessible tea and coffee station which included biscuits for the morning. we had our en suite too.

Claudia was super nice and made the stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant! Tilly the cat is absolutely lovely too!

Claudia is a perfect host, she helped us with everything we needed. Quiet neighbourhood, 1 minute to tram and a 15-20 minutes tram trip to the center. Bedroom and bathroom very good. Totally recommended.

Our host was lovely, and very communicative and accommodating of our needs. She even got us plant based milk as we are vegan. The flat was very modern and spacious and extremely clean. It is just a 5 min (or less) walk from the tram which takes you directly into the centre. We loved our stay (and the cat who was very friendly) and would definitely stay again!
