The location is perfect

The room is full of cigarette smell The breakfast was of low budget hotel. In my room there was no internet or weak. Every time I need to go down to the reception to get internet there!

I missed selection of tea bags in my room, would expect black, herbal and green tea, coffea and coffear creamer. When i called black tea and coffee bags were brought. Spa had a very good massage therapist but manicure i had to cancel in the middle because of lacking equipment and skills. Therefore i also rather cancelled the facial. So that could be something to be improved.Food was very good, but meat and veg section at the bufet could be clearly marked and separated . I was actually expecting pure veg, dont know why. So that is why i dont prepay food next time.

Zero value for money. Staff is clueless Pathetic customer service. Not safe! The locks were broken and I didn’t feel safe staying in the room. I will avoid this property at all cost. Recommend you do too.

I booked for stay till 20 Jan 24 but had to leave on 19 th Jan 24 morning due urgent requirement at office. I was not given refund of one day stay. Please clarify if this is the standard procedure else I will go to the Consumer Court. They took full stay payment on check in itself. The front desk staff were rude, inefficient, laboriously slow and disinterested. The restaurant staff was untrained or plain not interested. One cup black coffee with three sugar sachets were requested and it took me two waiters to repeat the correct order. Sugar sachets were finally bought in hand, no plate. I waited for 30 MINUTES in the hotel lobby after Check Out for airport drop vehicle to pick me from the hotel. The corridors were stinking. So was the front lobby. Your Website mentioned total amount of stay as around Rs. 26000/-. But it did not mentioned the TAXES that would be charged. Actual toal was around Rs. 34,000/-. This is unfair practice on your part. Misleading clients. Nowhere was it mentioned in your website.
