We booked the last available room for a 3 night stay but we found the room had 2 windows, neither opened and one looked onto the inside hall and the other had obscure glass and we could not see through it. It may have been an outside window or an inside window. What was good was that the staff changed our room for the second two nights, what was bad was we had a very uncomfortable first night in the hot windowless room. There was AC but we did not use it till late.

You should not offer a room without opening outside windows if you wish to be considered a high end boutique hotel. At least there should be a warning; but really it should just not exist. The room was well appointed but the basic amenity of an outside window is essential. The room we were moved to, room 11 was fine but the radiator in the bathroom was fixed on and could not be turned off which made the bathroom stuffy. The shower valve was worn and floppy which is a minor detail but, again inappropriate for a "high end" tag. Another more important disappointment was that the air con in room 11 did not work. Although we did not really need the AC it was inappropriate and shows lack of attention, that it did not work. In general room 11 was, like the windowless room well appointed. Also did not like having to walk through the bar to check in, The restaurant was not spacious enough.

The breakfast served at our table was excellent . The staff were very helpful and both the Dining room and cocktail bar areas were of a very high standard.

Die Klimaanlage brummt bei Betrieb in regelmäßigen Abständen sehr laut, was gerade nachts sehr störend ist.

Stayed here for my vow renewal ceremony I was having at Dunluce castle and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay. A few weeks prior to our stay I asked about getting my wedding dress cleaned and pressed. They took it upon themselves to call every cleaner in the area to see if anyone could do it. Long story short no one could do the quick 24hr turn around and the hotel manager arranged to have the hotel steamer in my room waiting for us at check in! This was just 1 example of many on how amazing the staff was. Our view in room 17 is to DIE for. Cute and unique esthetic of the place! Good breakfast choices and very yummy as well. Overall an amazing stay!

Excellent location, with great sea view. Very modern with free on street parking. Great breakfast wide choice from Ulster Fry to continental. Staff very professional and approachable.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a large room. The food was exceptional!

Location, decor and the most amazing menu and food- excellent chef. Joanne also worth a mention - she went out of her way to make our stay special.

The staff where so lovely. We couldn't believe how nice and engaging the all staff where. Especially breakfast staff and bar staff, they really made the stay! The slippers in the room was an added bonus

The price was slightly higher than what we would typically spend in the local area but the rooms are very funky and their is a coffee machine in the room which adds to it.

I like their services! I also love their location!

William the Head receptionist was absolutely brilliant, he sorted everything for put room, looked after our bags and was extremely helpful. The staff In the restaurant and bar were top notch. Scott looked after us and the food was 10 out of 10. Perfect location for travelling and we never needed to leave for food or drink.

Shame some of the buildings around it have been let go badly. But the area was safe and the on street parking was fine too.

A lovely breakfast even with the fire alarm going off and then the fire engine pulling up this morning. The only downside was the ran out of bread so no toast !!

Rooms were beautiful, bed and pillows among the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Bathroom was clean, well sized and provided products were excellent quality and locally sourced which we felt was fabulous. The amenities provided, tea/coffee machine/hot chocolate and wee biscuits were first class also. Hotel provided a little book with all the information you could need including information on the town/taxis/further hotel information which was extremely helpful. We had breakfast and dinner in house and the food was absolutely fantastic. We will be raving about it for some time!

Beautiful property inside however we were disappointed with the food & cocktails both poor quality, the staff weren’t very welcoming or friendly, beds & pillows uncomfortable, and such a shame the roof top terrace was closed - it looks good but that’s all

Everything. Room was excellent, bedding was really nice, staff were all friendly and breakfast was really good. Nice that all breakfast items were served at the table and nothing was too much trouble.

The location was easily found, the building colorful and stands out along the gorgeous shoreline. Though the entry was a bit confusing - you enter the hotel through the restaurant, it ultimately felt safer, more intimate. The staff was lovely and thoughtful - I'd sprained my ankle and they delivered a bucket of ice in a bag without my even asking. Everyone was friendly, the beds were comfy, the bathroom spotless, and two beds so my daughter and I each had our own space - and it was only 12 km from our destination - brilliant!
