Absolute nightmare getting the keys ,then the appartment we was meant to be in wasn’t available,given another but was disgusting with dead flies all over,couldn’t stay in it,still fighting to get a refund but no joy

El apartamento estaba bien en medidas y con todo lo necesario para pasar los días que estuvimos

Para conseguir el código fué complicado, teóricamente me tendrían que haber enviado un mail para poder conseguir el código, pero nunca llegó, era una subcontrata de una subcontrata o algo así, no lo gestionaba booking directamente, al final haciendo llamadas, el mismo día del checkinn lo pude conseguir, pero vamos, va mi suegro y te digo yo que se queda en la calle. El apartamento estaba muy sucio, migas de pan por el salón y mechones de pelo por todo, la moqueta.... al igual que la alfombra del salón, sucios, la parte que no era de moqueta se pegaba, nada que una aspirada y una fregada no pudieran solucionar, per bueno, estábamos de vacaciones... Me puse en contacto con la empresa que lo gestiona y no me dieron muchas soluciones, sólo que se pondrían en contacto con los que limpian. La ducha y el Water limpios pero sin estresarse. Las camas por suerte estaban limpias, aunque los colchones... necesitan un cambio, se hundían bastante. La zona, el centro se está degradando bastante, da pena, la vida que tenía esta zona y la que tiene ahora.... pero bueno, con los niños no volvíamos muy tarde. Supongo que cuando volvamos a Ipswich a visitar a la família, buscaremos otro.

1.Some of the staff we met ( Claire and her team) who came around were very helpful and friendly. 2. Proximity to Town Centre.

1.The internet service provided was unstable. 2. They refused to refund my £100 security deposit because I checked out late, even though I pleaded with them that I was moving homes and had a lot to move out, whilst coordinating my little children which made it very tough to check out as early as 10.30am. They have not responded to my email regarding this situation yet. 3.I asked for a proforma because I had to extend my stay for another 7 days noticed I had a £10 refund I was not informed about and till date Sojo stay never refunded the money. 4. Sojo stay kept progressively increasing the cost of the apartment every night, no standard cost. 5.The ventilation was very poor as pigeons were always at the window and pooped there and I caught a respiratory infection due to inhalation of bird poo.

Bløff på addresse og beliggenhet..Lokale som heller ikke fant leilighet sa det er umulig å være ved Churchpark og havnen samtidig. Ingen svarte på telefon for hjelp før kl 16 :00. Kun Nederlandsk telefonsvarer. Lukter svindel. Måtte leie alternativ overnatting i to netter. Bør utestenges fra Booking.com

Nothing to be honest

The constant feeling unsafe was horrible. There were crackheads in the stairwells, smoking and sniffing drugs; they were constantly banging until 3-4 in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. I kept having to contact the owners where I was told that there’s nothing they could do as they don’t have any staff in the area before and after a certain time, they instructed me to call the police, which I did and had to risk my safety in the process. I ended up leaving early due to the stress on my mental health that this place was causing. It took over 2 weeks to have a refund processed and different customer service staff lying and saying different things, it’s now eventually been processed but for only one night. So much messing about and being promised that they’ll sort things out the next day but they did nothing. On my first morning I was woken up to Alarm testing that went on for over an hour which wasn’t great considering I couldn’t fall asleep until 4am. The 1 bed apartment I stayed in was a lot smaller than the pictures they have provided. I stayed in room number 8 and I’ve included some realistic pictures of the room I hope they could resolve the issues I faced as it does show a lot of potentials

Homeless people sleeping in lobby obviously managed to get in somehow felt unsafe if I had been alone. Fire alarm constantly going off kept me awake. People also smoking in communal areas. Smell was disgusting I wouldn’t chose to stay again

It took a long time longer than estimated to return the deposit and this caused me a lot of trouble. It took more than 10 days to return the deposit

Was clean enough

Check in very difficult. Did not know about how may sets of stairs and no lift. Very dodgy location. Cobwebs around and a couple of spiders in flat. Flat is not as per photo - that must be a bigger one. Also no shower tray, uncomfy bed, did not feel equivalent to a hotel stay.

The apartment was very spacious and clean and in a convenient location.

Booking confirmation stated "bathroom with a shower". However the apartment had a bath only with no overhead shower or standalone shower. I would definitely not have booked this property if I knew it did not have a shower. When issue was raised with property I was advised that listing stated "bath or shower" and also advised of disclaimer relating to photos used in respect of property. Bathroom also had no mirror for shaving. We were also informed prior to arrival that dishwasher could not be opened / used.

Close to quayside as specified and central location. Clean. Well equipped in kitchen ware for a small apartment

Awful location - I felt unsafe as a woman staying alone. Lots of banging doors and screaming. Came out of the apartment in the morning to find a man asleep on the hallway floor. Practically no wi-fi connection. The bathroom smelt. VERY expensive for such a place - more like a halfway house than ‘luxe’. I left early.

Location was perfect Facilities were great especially in the kitchen-literally had everything you needed

View was of the centre of the building which was filled with pigeons. The pigeons were extremely loud resulting in a restless night sleep.

The apartment is very centrally located and good value for money. It's extremely clean and well laid out. I'd be happy to stay there again with just a few minor adjustments.

I didn't received the check in email and so was standing outside the apartment calling the contact number for the code to enter. The lock on the main door to the building was broken so anyone could, and did, walk in - on my third night there a homeless person was sleeping in the stairwell - however the main door had been fixed by the time we left. The cylinder lock on the apartment itself also didn't close properly so the bolt had to be locked every time we entered or left the apartment. The fire door to the back of the building was also constantly left open - it led to the bins and there was a constant presence of flies in the building. Some of these problems were obviously not the fault of the apartment owners - but they made us feel less secure in the apartment. While the apartment itself has been beautifully designed and laid out with care, there is no shower - only a bathtub (which is weird), and no mirror in the bathroom. The main problem with the apartment however, is that the one existing window is sealed so it's extremely stuffy on a hot day. There are 2 skylights in the roof that open and allow a little breeze, but bizarrely, they have no blinds so the one above the bed lets the light in directly onto your face (which could be as early as 5am in the summer) - not good for light sleepers. Also, the sofa bed is not comfortable.

Unfortunately this property had glass left on the floor which I stood in and cut my foot, I also had two dogs with me who luckily did not stand in any. I raised this but have had no response at all! I was accused of my dogs barking, which they did once when someone knocked at the door… which most dogs would do! The place is not dog friendly at all, everyone within the building was not welcoming to dogs. I would not recommend this place for dogs. I also came back to find someone asleep in the corridor with a horrendous smell, the front door was not locked at the time so anyone was able to enter.

We liked that everything was within walking distance. Close to the shops and restaurants

Had to upload additional information to get access information and the link they sent didn’t work. There was no shower only a bath. No mirror on any wall. Some debris on the floor in the bedroom. Seedy area and looked like it may have been a building used for emergency accommodation

The bed was comfortable

It’s self check-in, unfortunately on arrival there were no keys for me so I couldn’t access the apartment. I arrived just before 10pm so luckily was able to call someone to help - but got disconnected. Someone did come out and let me in but I felt very unsafe on my own as the location is not great. I have had no communication from the company to apologise or even offer compensation. Will not be using them again.

No AC; No proper windows for ventilation. Internet connection was so bad. No internet connection the entire stay. Called the customer service and asked for electric fan coz its so hot, they said cant do anything about it. Bad cust care. False advertisment.

It’s a modern apartment in the centre of town and close to parking.

There were dead flies everywhere. Loads of them. And then a load more flying about. When I arrived there was no key in the lock box. A member of the team came out quite quickly and mentioned the cleaner had been in to spray fly spray so company was aware of the office but should have gone back to sweep up the dead flies. There is also a bird nesting in the roof right in the wall in the bedroom and was ridiculously loud! Not even joking - the bird was constantly banging the wall. I think it’s nesting in the black walkway between the block of flats and the old co-op building. The walkway below also acts like an echo for any noise and I was woken up a few times by the drunk people in the street below.
