Very friendly and flexible staff who helped me when I needed to check in early and check out late. Nice hotel in a cozy neighborhood where I enjoyed a few days to relax before leaving Malaysia after 9 weeks. Feel energized to go to my next destination.

The outside area kind of dark but I do understand since all the shops were closed and there's building was under constructions.

1. The “breakfast included” was a little misleading as they only served continental(bread, butter, jam, coffee, milk, tea, and ran out of sugar). suitable for travelers who wants to grab something simple before heading out. 2. my room was on the 3rd floor and they have no lift. alittle inconvenient to me but its acceptable. 3. the lock system on the door shuts you out at the check out time. so dont make the same mistake i did by locking the door with all your things inside to go to the washroom at 12. theres no form of communication to the receptionist unless you go down 3floors just to get your card reactivated. 4. the washroom doors cannot be locked from inside(the ones I’ve used). I accidentally opened on someone bathing once. Someone opened on me while i was taking my bath(despite making sure I locked the door)

Two charging points per capsule is sufficient. All you need is just charging cable with USB-A.

Lockers are located at the ground floor which is quite inconvenient for people who is staying in the higher floor.

overall im satisfied.. staff is really polite and helpful 👍🏻

breakfast area is big and nice but only serve bread/jem coffe and tea its to light 😅
