The location was perfect. Literally blocks away from food, Beale St, and several museums. Pool was warm and the hot tub was hot!

The property was great. Nothing to complain about.

The people in the apartment next door could be heard easily- just glad they weren’t having a party.

The accommodation is spacious, clean, well equipped, and comfortable (the parental bedroom has it private bathroom), in a quiet area nearby the National Civil Rights Museum and at walking distance from Beale Street (less than 10 min) and other places of interest in Memphis. We liked the design. The place is easy to find and parking is available in the street in front of the building.

The windows cannot be opened (probably for safety reason) but the noiseless conditioning is very efficient.

Bed was comfortable! Room very spacious and modern. In Memphis for a wedding, the venue was directly across the street. Walkable to a great breakfast 2 blocks down and great fried chicken lunch 2 blocks over. River walk as well was 2 blocks over.

When checking in, the door keypad didn’t work. Had to call customer service number and wait 5 min before trying door again. It wasn’t just us, another guest had issue getting keypad to work as well. Had to call for maintenance due to mold on tile in shower and conditioner bottle not working. Housekeeping took care of shower tile mold but never got the conditioner dispenser to work. I personally like the individual bottles so if you are going more environmentally friendly you need to make sure it works for your guests.

Really good location with great facilities plus they allowed an early check in and late check out!

Clean spacious apartment with all the facilities needed.

No information book. It would be very helpful for guests staying to know where to go for groceries like milk etc or for trips to museums & where or how to get to them. A good idea would be to have milk/tea bags/coffee in the vending machine. A small map would also be helpful.

Rooms are not so well noise isolated.

We enjoyed our stay completely.

Great location.

No on site employee. Large argument in the lobby area at 3am and it went on for over an hour. Also, our room, 110, had exposed plumbing from the rooms on the second floor. Every time they flushed the toilet it sounded like a waterfall. The walls are paper thin and you can hear even the most quiet conversations in the next room.

The system locked me out of my property too early in the day of departure and I had to call the helpline in a panic. Eventually I got back in, apparently there was a system fault but this wasn’t acceptable! I had to cut the helpline staff short and remind her I was still within the time of my booked access. The hotel operator apologised when I wrote to complain, but they should have been writing to me first!

Great location, easy check in and excellent communication from the Hotel. The suite we stayed in was very spacious.

Great location, close to Beale street is in walking distance. Parking on street is possible. We had the apartment with one bedroom. More than enough space. I like the big table in kitchen/living room. Bathroom, like the rest of the apartment, was super clean and modern.

All was perfect.

Our studio was spacious and clean, with very useful amenities (coffee/tea maker, fridge, microwave...). The accommodation is located just next to Lorraine Hotel (well worth the visit). The outdoor pool was a very welcome refreshment after a hot day.

The day before our checkout we asked about a luggage storage and were told there is no luggage storage option. We then asked whether we could check out 30 min later, and received an answer that we have to contact them the next (checkout) day. We have found a workaround, and wanted to check out around the latest indicated time (10:30), once we can load the luggage on a car from the car rental. At exactly 10:30 the room service came knocking on the door, asking us out. This didn't feel very welcoming, and we didn't feel our (relatively minor) request was dealt with in a helpful manner. Pity, as otherwise our rating would be higher.

La amplitud y comodidad del alojamiento. Perfecto para las 5 personas que nos alojamos. Muy limpio y confortable. Bien ubicado. A un paseo de 10 minutos de la calle más céntrica y perfecto para descansar. No le falta detalle. No disfrutamos de la piscina puesto que fuimos en agosto y el agua caliente no apetecía pero es un plus estupendo para cualquier otra fecha del año. Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados. Repetiríamos sin dudar. Recomendable totalmente.

Very large unit with a well stocked kitchen. Queen bed was comfortable with good linens. The shiwer was great. If you are traveling with a large group or family, some rooms offer connecting doors!

There weren’t many hangers and no dresser so we ended up using our suitcases to keep all but a few pieces.

Very comfortable with everything that we needed. Great location, perfect for our overnight stay.

Location, size. Having a separate sitting area was so much better than a hotel. The size of the bedroom was great didn’t feel cramped. The Rambler was directly across from the venue for the wedding we were attending so convenient. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby within walking distance. Loved that!

No place to unpack. No chest of drawers no shelves no furniture except drawerless nightstands and in the main bedroom no place to hang anything. The clothing rack in the entry way was three-ish feet off the ground. If it was higher it would have been fine.

We enjoyed our stay although with the negatives listed belows. The apartment was very nice with TV'S in both rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils. The Jacuzzi and pool were added bonuses which we used. There were even extra towels for use at the pool. Theres a free washing machine downstairs. It is located on a quiet street so we got plenty of rest. You can download and use an app to rent bikes to ride to Beal street and other places. The bikes are conveniently just 100 meters up the street on Main Street. We rented bikes and rode over the Mississippi and in to Arkansas, and also to Sun studios.

BEDBUGS! I was bitten on the shoulder and the back several times while sleeping in the bedroom. I have stayed in Hotels and ABNBs all over the world and have never been bitten before, so I had pretty much denied their existence. The marks they left on me took a month to heal, and I was going on a beach vacation the next week so everyone got to see them. This was very unfortunate since overall we loved the Apartment. The AC is too strong and blew too much cold air even on a lower setting. I ended up with a sore throat after going to the pool and returning to the room. The whole apartment complex is controlled by your room code. When we showed up ours did not work. We called and they were able to open the door, but the new code they gave me didnt work. I ended up getting locked out at the pool area and was lucky another guest heard my pounding on the door since I didnt have a phone with me.

L’emplacement est super car très proche du centre mais au calme. Facile d’accès et parking facile dans la rue. Très grand appartement, literie formidable. Piscine cool. Très très propre ! Je recommande cet appartement

The premises were so nice, we had the spacious studio, nothing to complaint, fantastic bed, nice shower, the pool was cold, but after the hot whirlpool a nice cooldown. Beale street 10’ walk. The only thing nothing to do with the Rambler…driving into Memphis, it’s dirty… the government off the city should take action, they can thank Elvis, otherwise it would be a quiet city.

Door hinges in apartment need oiling. I am being very picky. Generally nothing.

Location was perfect. Within walking distance to Beale street, Arcade cafe, grocery store, Lorraine motel, central BBQ and more! Hotel was secure and felt safe. The trolley wasn't running when we were there but it stops right in front of the hotel making it easy to get around for those not wanting to walk everywhere. Pool and lounge area were perfect to relax after a busy day exploring.

Noise carries in the old building. You can hear your neighbours and those above you.
