Friendly and helpful people Overall, it looks nice during the night , be aware that hygienic standards are different and the price is really high compared to other hotels. I expected more because I thought for this price I should get more.

A pair of nice shorts have been lost and misplaced when i got my washing done. I never got them back with my clothes. The property across the street plays music until 3:3am every evening.

Excellent service from all the staff, really friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful with lots of lovely details. Our dog was made very welcome. We loved the pool, sauna and Turkish. The rooftop terrace has great views and a welcome breeze. Comfy beds.

Where to start? Not sure how this place has the ratings it does. Usually don't bother with reviews, but in this case, seems necessary so that the property can improve on its performance. Based off the ratings and price (sorry, but not worth the price), we thought this would be a good stay. To start, when we checked into the room, it seemed as though things weren't fully prepared, such as towels and soap. In fact, we were never provided with any soap, but did get a small bottle of shampoo. Then, the shower did not work properly, as they did not attach the shower head properly, so what ended up happening is that the water was shooting out over the shower walls into the rest of the bathroom. In order to properly take a shower, you had to keep the water really low, so it didn't spray everywhere. However, this all changed the second day, when I turned on the shower and the shower head flew off and landed on my foot. Thereafter, we didn't have a shower head. Just water flowing from the shower tube. The water that came out of the shower was very cloudy and for some odd reason, some smoky powdery substance would always precede the flow of water. This was the case for the water coming out of the faucet as well, which would periodically shoot out unexpectedly as if there was an explosion in the pipes. Also, towels were never replaced, just refolded. When we chose the location, we did so, as the name indicates that it also doubles as a co-working space, so we assumed they would have reliable internet. But, that was not the case. The internet went down several times on multiple days. On one occasion, I had a scheduled online conference with clients, and was frantically trying to figure out how to get internet access. The front desk assured me that they were fixing it, but after about 40 minutes of no resolution, I asked whether there was a nearby place, outside of the hotel that I could go to, as I needed internet access for my meeting.

Breakfast poolside was nice, room was very clean, and staff was really excellent
