Easy to get into central Leeds by bus.
Initially unclear that we could use the kitchen as it stated no breakfast in the listing, but it was fine.
More written information once we arrived would have been helpful, as we had to let ourselves in.

Host was friendly, water cooker in the room. The room was clean and the bed was good enough.
Rough area, not safe to leave a nice car on the street. Very basic room. Shared bathroom was falling apart but clean enough.

The bedroom was a decent size and had all we needed , good clean bathroom
There were some cleanliness issues , under the bed was really dirty , the doors and paintwork needs cleaned , on arrival I was slightly put off by a strange smell , but this could be easily rectified with a good cleaning regime.
The place just needs a bit of tlc
The surrounding homes were quite noisy with people out in the street until quite late , but I still managed to get some sleep.

there was no breakfast, but i was aware of that.
in the room, there was coffee, sugar and a kettle. i just loved the neighborhood the accommodation is in. it's very familiar, quiet with green areas and totally residential. i saw a lot of kids playing football, riding their bikes and playing with their parents in the streets freely and safely. these things reminded me a lot of my childhood. The hostess is such a kind, gentle and helpful woman and from the very first moment, she made me feel home. easy to get to the place from the city center, about 25 minutes by bus. i just loved to have spent the weekend there.
to be honest, as far as i remember, everything was really good.

The location was spot on for all we enjoyed...A walk to the local park, a ride on the Middleton steam train ( ran by volunteers) & Visited Y Sculpture Park & Go APE .. loved having Net Flix in the room we chilled & watched a film late evening & morning ...Host said not need to rush off ... Mostly organised great stay 👍 will stay again
Little un safe with key arrangements, not much. Communication regarding entering & what to use or not because it was someone's house ...lady rung us & a chat did resove that .
