I don't know if Kasane has a town centre, but this hotel was not near any shops etc. Luckily I had some snacks with me as there was nowhere to get anything to eat. Breakfast was only a full breakfast (too much for me) or nothing., I did ask staff if I could order an egg and toast only. but never heard back. I was told that to get shower hot water the hot water lever had to be turned to the left. It never got hot and by then I was wet and had shampoo in my hair and had to go to the reception area to ask about getting hot water ( apparently the e lever had to be turned to the right - which I had tried, but it never got warmer) - staff should be better trained.

We had a very nice 2 nights stay and had the chance to go for a day trip to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe as they booked us a shuttle trip. The staff was very helpful and always very friendly. I had a problem with my camera and managed to fix it with their help too. It is a place easy to find, quiet, and with parking space. The room is very big and comfortable with a great balcony.

A very comfortable stay in a nice and clean room. The manager and his receptionists were very helpful with organizing activities, and transports.

A beautiful house, clean and comfortable, the braai area and swimming pool is a bonus! We had a very pleasant stay!

Loved the balcony and room. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty facilities available like a home, washing machine, kitchen, dining area, swimming pool. Birds and wildlife around.

Nice guest house, a little far from the centre of town but still walkable despite the heat! Friendly staff. Spacious room. The staff arranged game drives and sunset cruise, which were very good.

Friendly hosts and staff, helpful and accommodating! Lovely little balcony off the room. Fairly peaceful location also. Easy Nando's delivery straight to your room after a long day ;)

A bit far from the waterfront, activities, restaurants, grocery and social areas. I did not realize in advance there is no restaurant or meal provision at the property and none within short walking distance. Same for groceries. So just need to taxi around a bit. Also pre-organized airport pick up forgot to come get me (but the owner was quick to come directly himself when I managed to call from the airport which was nice). Would also be nice if the rooms had lockboxes for valuables.

I loved Top Stay Inn ! Nice room with balcony, confortable bed, perfect bathroom, and clean Inn. Pleasent swimming pool. Wonderful breakfast (a little bit expensive) Special thank at the welcoming receptionnist Tshepho ! I highly recommend Top Stay.

they organized the transfer from Victoria Falls to Inn and help me with Chobe & River tours at a good price. Perfect Option.

Staff were excellent - especially Tshebo on site and Richard who, despite being away, was always available and very helpful over messages! They helped to organise a game drive in Chobe and transfer to Vic Falls at reasonable prices, and offered a good rate for laundry. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the toiletries in the bathroom were a nice addition.

Need transport (taxis are available) as there are not many places to eat nearby; there is a shared kitchen I understand you can arrange to use for a fee.
