The property was exactly as described. From booking to the actual stay, everything was wonderful! The view from this home was the best we have seen staying in Gatlinburg. We had 9 people total and something that was very important was cleanliness and staying together but not on top of one another. We had a ton space for our two families and loved that the bedrooms were each on different floors. This house has it all! We will definitely book this home again when we are back in the area!

We absolutely loved this property. In addition to meeting all of our basic needs, the house was comfortable and fun and the views were stunning!

This house was a perfect place for 2 families of 4 - the view was amazing, we loved all the games and especially the theater room. Loved that there was lots of room to spread out but also room to be together. We enjoyed our week long stay!

This cabin has it all! Amazing views, pool table, ping pong, air hockey, arcade and fire pit. Comfortable beds, soft sheets and everything very clean! Perfect location as well!

It was beautiful and the space is just as described. We couldn’t ask for more in that respect. Everyone loved the game room and the movie theatre. The problem was cleanliness, or lack thereof. When we walked in, we found an half full baby bottle on the island and baby pants stuffed in the pillows on the couch. Upon going upstairs, I immediately noticed hair all over the floor of the upstairs bathroom. When we got into that shower, we noticed black mold at the bottom of the shower curtain. The shower in the basement didn’t drain well and there is water damage and mold growing in the ceiling. When my son grabbed a towel, there was hair on it. When I brought him one from upstairs, there was a clump of hair on that towel. He wouldn’t even use the shower after all of that. We had to move him to the master shower on the main floor from that point on. We then looked under beds & found kids underwear, balloons, sunglasses, slim Jim wrappers and plastic wrapping. Also, and this is a personal preference, I hated that the sheets and towels were all dark blue and black. I prefer white sheets/towels so I can really see how clean things are. Honestly, by the last day I was ready to leave. When we booked, the house had 5 stars. Space wise I can see why. However, I would fire the cleaner because this place was anything but clean and definitely needs some maintenance. Overall, I don’t feel we got what we paid for! Property was as described and had something to keep everyone entertained at all times. Communication was great and it was a wonderful experience. It was tastefully decorated for the holidays without overdoing it too. My only complaint would be that it was dusty. The cleaning crew used is likely focused on cleaning bathrroms and kitchen but the living and media room areas were pretty dusty.

We had 3 families - kids and grand kids (11 in all). The game room areas and the theater were a huge plus. Rained all weekend and we all stayed in and the accommodations were perfect! Highly Recommend!

Beautiful home with beautiful views. We visited the first week of December and the Christmas Spirit was FLOURISHING. Not only was all of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge decorated but the hosts did an amazing job decorating the home! Everything was very clean and stocked with all necessities you may need. Kitchen had everything you would need for an at home meal. The beds were very comfortable. We LOVED all the activities inside the cabin from Pool, Air Hockey, game arcade and Foosball. The movie room was the cherry on top, we enjoyed all our favorite Christmas movies. Very quiet and relaxing home to get away. Location was great. Close enough to get everywhere in 15 minutes but far enough away to feel like you were in the middle of the mountains. Will definitely be booking for next year!

Gorgeous cabin with beautiful views. The kids loved the theater along with the arcade game, air hockey and pool tables. It was nice to relax on the porches and we even spotted a bear walking through the leaves below us. The property manager and owners were very helpful. We had a very small hiccup at check in that was taken care of immediately with no further issues. The location was also great, just a short drive into Gatlinburg. We hope to return in the future!

We spent 5 days in this lovely cabin and couldn't have asked for a nicer place. The cleanliness of the cabin was great. We loved the two game rooms and spending family time together playing games. The theater room was wonderful and also gave us time to enjoy something together. We loved sitting around the fire pit at night and spending a little time in the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of towels for our stay, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, even a slow cooker, which we used to make chili one day. And the view! The view out the back windows and off the back decks is gorgeous. We loved spending our mornings and evenings looking at the smoke on the mountains. Check in and check out instructions were simple and precise. I would recommend this cabin to anyone, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We felt at home during our stay and couldn’t get enough of the view. The hot tub and movie theater were a lot of fun after enjoying our time in town.

The property is phenomenal. The property comfortably accommodated 8 of us. 2 families of 4. Two king beds with separate bedrooms and baths on separate floors for the parents. Bunk room for the 4 kids with their own bath on the bottom floor, along with the adjacent theatre room. Superb views of the Smoky Mts., easy access to all the entire area has to offer. Close access to the National Park hikes and motor trails. You will never be without things to do, both commercial and Nature. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and timely replied to any questions that came up along the way.

We stayed for one week with another family - four adults and five kids ages 6-12. The house was clean, roomy, and exactly as advertised. Five younger kids fit comfortably in the bunk room. Furnishings, appliances, and electronics seemed newer and well cared for. It was about a ten minute drive into the national park, which is where we spent most of our time. A bear visited us on our last evening, which was a icing on the cake. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property or book again.

Beautiful modern home overlooking the Smoky Mountains. We loved the movie room especially on the couple of rainy days. Kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely return!!

The house is spectacular. There was plenty of space for all of us to hang out together or separately when you need a little break from all that togetherness. Beautiful views. Got to see a few bears (it may have been the same one), usually on the road right by the property’s garbage bins…bears know what’s up. The movie room was a hit! My younger kids (ages 5-9) really loved the bunk room and having the basement to themselves to be silly while the older kids (ages 18-20) enjoyed the top level and the gas fire pit. The place was very clean and easy to access from the parkway. Communication was easy and responsive. We had to have the garbage picked up mid stay as the bins were full and it was so easy. I have stayed in a lot of short term rentals and one of the most annoying things is when the bins are full and you don't know what to do!! It’s a very special place and it’s easy to work with the owners if you need them. My only suggestion would be to invest in some higher quality linens in the bedrooms and towels. The decor was gorgeous and for such a stunning home I would have expected higher quality sheets and towels. If that’s my only “complaint,” then you know it’s a property for you to remember because I am picky. (Ask my husband ;-) ). Thanks again for sharing it with us!

The cabin was very nice everyone loved staying there. It made our vacation so much more enjoyable. I will be sure to book with you again.

The house was exactly as advertised. The 3 levels gave our family of 6 plenty of room to spread out after hiking or activities in town. The view from the 3rd balcony was better than the pictures show, especially watching the thunderstorm roll in. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality dishes and utensils. The ping pong and air hockey tables were a hit and the hot tub gave us a place to relax after the long hikes we did. Great place!

Everything about this home was well thought out and very accommodating for guests. The movie theater was so much fun for our kids, and we really enjoyed the views from the balcony. It felt like we were in a private retreat somewhere, but we were 10 minutes away from all the action in Gatlinburg. One of the best ST rentals we have stayed in!

We loved this property from the views to the movie room is was just what we needed for this perfect getaway. The night before our last we ran into two medium size bears that decided to drive the UTV lol it was really a nice couple getaway. Enjoyed two dinners inside with the views of the smoky mountains in the background. Thank you Dirk for being a great host !

Morning view had EVERYTHING! It was new, clean and the views are AMAZING! The pics on VRBO do not do the views justice. Pool table, air hockey, foosball and an arcade machine. The fire pit and rocking chairs were wonderful too. We loved it!

One of the few places I've stayed that is every bit as wonderful as the pictures suggest. The views are amazing and there are so many different places to gather inside and outside the house that it truly can fit quite a few. We fully intend to rent this property again!

This is our favorite cabin we’ve ever stayed in! The kitchen is so well stocked! Everything you could ever want, including a crockpot!! It’s clean, decorated well, and has an amazing view!

I recently rented this beautiful cabin for my bachelorette trip with my girls. The layout was perfect with plenty of beds for everyone! The cabin looked just like the pictures! Great location! Our only complaint was the cleanliness. We found a sock in one of the king beds, which made us think the sheets had not been washed after the last guest. The sheets on the downstairs were also just sloppily placed to cover the bed which furthered our thoughts on dirty sheets. We also found leftover crayons and dirt/fuzz balls on the rug in the living room. Besides that we had a great time and the cabin really was great!

Choosing this property for our vacation stay was the best decision! The pictures do not do it justice! The kids enjoyed the game room and movie theater! They were both big hits! My husband and I even found ourselves in a pool competition and even brought it back to our childhood days with “Frogger” as one of the games on the arcade. The hot tub was a hit especially at night when you see everything lit up through the mountains like fireflies. The views is absolutely spectacular! Definitely something to take in on deck with a cup of coffee in the morning! The fully equipped kitchen came in handy while preparing meals! We cooked everyday! I enjoyed snuggling up watching a show in front of the gas fireplace. The beds were so comfortable so we got in lots of napping. The cabin is so spaced out there is a place for everyone to have personal time and it offers the amenities to allow for lots of family time! The owners and Gail were both wonderful in communication and helping when I had a question. We will definitely book again for our next trip!

The property had three floors each floor had a bedroom and bath. The movie theater was darling although we did not use the hot tub or fire pit, we saw that they were there we did use the pool table.!

Views from the cabin were amazing! My family of 6 enjoyed every minute at the cabin. From the arcade games, pool and ping pong my grown loved it all! Especially the theater room and hot tub! Close to downtown and Dirk was great to work with!! 100% recommend.

The cabin was beautiful! We had plenty of room for our family of 7. I only suggest one thing….. salt for the stairs outside. They froze over and it was slippery. Other than that, it was a great place!

The place was so beautiful. Honestly the pictures don’t even do the views justice. My family utilized and enjoyed every inch of the space. The hot tub, game room, theater room. This place really has it all. None of us wanted to leave to go explore Gatlinburg because we were so content there. This made the two days of rain we had not a big deal whatsoever. The owner was great and actually let us book another night because no one was scheduled to be there and we couldn’t bear the thought of leaving when we were supposed to. We will certainly be back!!!

Property was beautiful and very clean and had an excellent view. Before arrival, property manager was quick to reasons to me questions. Check out was also nice, there was nice list of things required before check out. The list was organized well and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this Property.

The views from this cabin were absolutely amazing. We had a group of 9 people and were able to fit very comfortably. There was lots of games that the kids loved. The cabin was very clean and it was close to everything. Would 100% recommend!

Loved not only the amazing views but the awesome cozy house. Fit all 6 of us comfortably with extra room. The game room and movie room were a big hit. The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Wish we would have stayed longer! Booking was so easy and the owners even checked on us throughout our visit to answer any questions.

What a fabulous cabin! The location is close to town, but is in an extremely peaceful area. The floor plan is ideal for an extended family, with plenty of "together" space and enough room--on three levels--to spread out. The view from the decks is amazing. Communication with the owners was great. This one is absolutely worth every penny!
