Great property, nice sized house for a family, awesome pool area

We were in Arizona for a family wedding. The house and location could not have been better. The home is in a very nice neighborhood - close to everything. It was very clean, well stocked & very spacious. The rental process was easy & the property manager was very prompt in replying to our needs. The pool setting in the backyard was perfect. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Arizona.

Loved staying in this home! Was perfect for 4 adults. We spent alot of time on the patio and loved the pool. Such a great location. Hope to stay there again soon.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was very clean, furniture new and in good shape and fully equipped kitchen with spices and oils made it convenient to cook without having to buy too many food items. The heated pool made it the trip even better! Our teens swam the whole time and loved it.

It took a while for the pool to heat up, but it may have been because the days were unusually cool.

So many extra amenities not even mentioned in the description. Was the perfect location, walked home from a wedding around the corner at the golf course. We were also able to walk to dinner!

The house was wonderful, beautiful and very comfortable and The owner was very easy to communicate with. Unfortunately I paid additional for the pool to be heated and it never seemed to work properly. There was no circulation in the pool, or warm water being added. I would not recommend paying the additional. Just skip the pool if it not during the summer. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!

Exactly as described and as depicted in photographs, which makes for an excellent no surprises stay. Quiet location both day and night, with easy access to all our shopping needs, entertainment, trails and golf etc. Our Host Ryan and Team Covitalize were awesome, and available with prompt response to our queries. The property is exactly as pictured. The pool is great, especially the table in the shallow end of pool made for great relaxing under the umbrella. We had a great time there and there was plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood is beautiful, lots of things close by. Check in process was easy.. will definitely stay again, amd I highly recommend.

The listing for this property does not do it justice. The home is larger than it appears and the layout is great for a family vacation! It gave us room to spread out yet still be together. The furniture and linens were more comfortable than any hotel! By far the best rental we’ve ever booked!

We had a great experience at this VRBO. Our kids (and us) enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The home was well stocked and had a nice grill that we used to cook dinner one night. The communication was great as all our questions we answered timely. We will enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

This was a short trip to meet up with my kids and get away. This was the Rx I needed for relaxation!! Beautiful community, safe family structured neighborhood and the house was beautiful. This will remain in my list of favorites.

The location is a great part of Chandler and was an excellent house to stay in. Most of our weekend was out playing golf but it was a great place to relax after a long day. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was responsive. Pool for those warm summer days. Check in/out was straightforward. If you need a place to stay in the East Valley check this out.

The house was excellent for our young family. The accessories were very well thought out, for example, we have a 7 month old and there is a portable high chair and pack n play that were perfect for her. Our disappointment was around my communication with Ryan the property manager. I had asked prior to booking if the pool was heated and he responded that it was, but with no additional information, so I assumed it was good to go based on his answer of “yes, the pool is heated.” We arrived and it was not heated. I messaged him asking how we could get it heated as that was the reason we came down from Washington was to let our boys swim and not have to leave the house to burn energy. He told me that if I looked at the listing, I would have had to confirm with them prior to the trip that I wanted it heated. I thought that was what I had done by messaging him asking if the pool was heated. After expressing my disappointment to him and asking him to fix the problem based on his communication, he told me it was not possible. Then my husband messaged him and he was able to send someone out to heat the pool. My disappointment lies in Ryans initial communication with me that was misleading, his lack of respect for me politely letting him know how important it was to our short vacation that the pool be heated, and then his immediate response to my husband having to angrily send a message. I wished that we didn’t have to work that hard to get the vacation we intended. After the pool was heated, we had a wonderful time.

From start to end, a great experience. Ryan was great. Very informative and responsive. The home is lovely. Well-appointed and stocked with the things to make your stay feel like home. Office space was great; had to put in some remote work. The family room is relaxing; great movie nights. Beautiful backyard and pool. My family of 5 adults recently went to Arizona for a Nephew's wedding. Our stay at the property was absolutely perfect. The place is extremely clean, neat and uncluttered and yet has everything you could need for an extended stay. It is nicely updated with decor and furnishings. Location is in a great, safe neighborhood and conveniently located to lots of good stuff. Ryan was extremely accommodating and responsive to ALL of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!
