Took a trip with my family (7 of us total). The home was perfect for our stay. The accommodations more than met outlet needs and the host were fantastic with their follow up. If you are looking for relaxation and away from the highly tourist areas, this place won’t disappoint. You can get to many attractions within 10-15 mins. It’s more than worth the experience you think you will have!

We had such an amazing stay for our week long vacation at “Good vibes only”. To start off the views were breathtaking, looking from the living room it almost feels like you are on top of the water. You have views of the British Virgin Islands from every room and balcony. It is so peaceful hearing the waves and watching the water from the property. We felt as if we were on our own private island! We had a few questions and got immediate responses from the host. The pool was a bit foggy when we arrived, so we let Ryan know of this issue and no joke within 10-15 minutes a pool guy was there to fix the problem. We were blown away. The pool guy fixed the pump and the pool was crystal clear within an hour. We highly recommend staying here! It is secluded and off the beaten path, so make sure you have transportation accommodations planned. A welcome pack was given which had great resources. We can’t wait to be back!

This property was definitely the best vacation rental we've ever stayed at. The home had everything you could possibly need. Well stocked and labeled kitchen as well as beach toys for the kids. Definitely a plus having two sets of laundry machines with our large family. The stunning views made it hard to leave. We'll definitely be back!

The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend on the island. We liked the privacy of the property and of course the view! Ryan and Roxy sent a packet of information ahead of our trip so that was very helpful in planning logistics of groceries, car rentals, gps, etc. We can't wait to return with our children next time!

Property has everything you need. The views and pool are awesome! Bedrooms are all separate from each other, so great privacy for couples. Driveway was steep, but the Jeep we rented had no issues. We loved our stay.

The property has an amazing view and is on the less densely populated north side of the island. Easy to drive to the town and nearby markets were recommended by the owner. We are at nearly every recommendation from the owners guide book and they were all spot on and wonderful. Great trip, great communication.

After a week of sailing this was the perfect decompression stop before flying home. The location is very remote and private. The property is exactly as depicted in the photos, and the views are amazing. Sunrises with a cup of coffee and the waves crashing on the rocks below the patio were a great way to begin each day. The layout of the bedrooms provides everyone with their own space, with plenty of accommodating common areas. The kitchen is well-stocked and a pleasure in which to prepare meals. Ryan was an exemplary host; extremely responsive and highly knowledgeable. His recommendations for provisioning and transportation were spot on. Be aware that the secluded location—which we loved—means you must have a vehicle to get around if you choose to explore. We chose to spend our entire stay onsite, even canceling dinner reservations because we didn’t want to surrender the view. We used a private taxi service recommended by Ryan to get to and from the property at both ends of our stay. I’ve stayed at hosted properties around the world, and Ryan’s villa was one of my absolute favorites.

Overall the experience was great. Fantastic views and lovely home. My only quibble would be the internet experience was somewhat limited. Trying to watch some sporting events was a challenge.

Words cant explain how relaxing and beautiful the property is. Ocean views from evet angle of the home. Ryan the owner, is very attentive and always a phone call away. My stay was memorable and will definitely stay there again.

We loved the house, it was beautiful and so well equipped. The only concern we had was pulling out and into Wm. Strausser Rd. Thankfully we had Jeeps. Loved the roaming chickens.

Everything was beautiful as expected. The pictures on the site matches exactly what the place look like. The view was the prettiest view I have ever seen. I would definitely stay again. The only negative is the hill to get to the property, but St Thomas is full of them, so where ever you go, you will most likely have that problem. Staff was very responsive and polite as well.

Our group of 8 had an amazing vacation and this house was the gorgeous foundation and home base of it all. The morning sunrises are incredible regardless of what part of the house you are in, and the privacy of the location makes you feel as if you’re the only ones on the island when you’re home. Ryan exceeded expectations with response times and addressing any questions, and the house was equipped with everything we could think of and more. Highly recommend!

We traveled as a family. 3 couples and two smaller children. The home had a beautiful view, the host was great to communicate with and provided a guidebook full of recommendations. All the rooms are separated through breeze ways which provides a feeling of privacy while also being able to spend time together in common areas. We had a wonderful family vacation.

This was our first time in St Thomas. We really enjoyed our stay. Not a bad view from any of the rooms on this property. Convenient location to Magens Beach, Sapphire Beach and Red Hook. We started each day having coffee and listening to waves crash on the rocks below. Ended the day with a glass of wine and looking out over the bay. We can’t wait to go back.

Group of six of us rented this with high expectations from the pictures and we were blown away. The villa is stunning and located on the side of a cliff down close to the water overlooking Mandal bay and beach. Windy days at the pool the crashing of the waves on the rocks below would mist us, you are that close! The sound from the waves is relaxing as well. Open up any of the extra large patio doors and you can feel the breeze and hear the ocean below. Each room is separate and fully appointed. The beds are extra comfortable.. we were all commenting on the great quality of sleep we got all week. While the large glass doors are shut, the AC kept the room cool. The snorkel eq, beach chairs, beach towels were a great bonus and came in handy. I am an amateur chef and found everything (and more) I needed to prepare (and store) a few meals during the week. The professional range is a huge bonus and makes cooking meals in a joy. Pool was on the cool side on cloudy days but perfect when the sun is out. We had two minor issues that were resolved super quick (within the hour), I cant say enough about how friendly and responsive Ryan was through the trip. We all were upset to see the week end and are already planning our next visit next year. If you are looking at the rooms in the pics, the lower bedroom with the open balcony has a small kitchen area like the larger bedroom. It also has a closer view of the ocean Thank you Ryan and Roxy for this amazing vacation!

Ryan / Roxy were excellent host. They were very helpful with any questions and responded in a timely manner. The whole family loved the layout of the villa. This place was absolutely perfect. It has everything you could want from a rental on St. Thomas. The views are breathtaking and the house is at a convenient spot on the island. I had driven on St. Thomas before so the steep driveway was manageable and expected. As everyone says, you will need a rental car. We had a bigger SUV to fit 6 adults and had no problem. We loved the privacy of each room. I was so impressed with the kitchen and how everything was labeled, it made everything so easy. Ryan went out of his way to make check in/out superb. I could not recommend this place more.

The villa was the perfect stay as we brung in my 40th birthday during this mother-daughter trip! This was our first time visiting the islands & the endless view of the Atlantic Ocean in your “backyard” is unmatched! Such a serene vibe & private room accommodations to meet the needs of additional guests. I would definitely reserve again during our revisit to St. Thomas! *Please note: The villa sits below a one-lane road. If you are needing taxi service or public transportation, specifically request a mini van or smaller vehicle to ensure pickup.

Beautiful home with great views, ample common spaces, while providing private bedroom accommodations. Though the house may not list a grill as an ammenity, we would have liked to have been able to grill a little bit. Not far from Redhook and Compass Point where we would be sailing.

The house was exactly as pictured. Very well equipped. The views and sounds of the ocean were spectacular. There is nothing about this property that would disappoint. Fantastic stay, one of our favorite vacation homes. We will be talking about this stay for a long time. Thank you!

We stayed at the villa and had an awesome experience. We were a group of 6 adults and 5 kids (2-11 years old) and this house was just perfect with standalone bedrooms for all three families and excellent ocean views from every bedroom. The living room gets tons of sunlight with large sea facing windows and the outdoor oceanfront dining table area next to the pool was just perfect. Every room was well stocked with beach towels, and the host has several beach chairs, toys for kids as well as rollaway beds in two of the bedrooms. Similarly the kitchen was extremely well stocked and we did end up cooking quite a bit while we were there. It really felt like a home away from home and cannot say enough good things about Ryan who was extremely prompt, responsive and helpful both before and during our stay there.

... it was that good of an experience. Stunning location, with stunning views from all areas/rooms. The well-stocked house has a perfect layout for a group (we were 6 friends from high school and college celebrating a birthday 50th-year trip in the islands) with areas of seclusion or socializing. The pool is modest in size but all you need for a nice cool-down dip (we were in it a lot). Those views, you know enough about and of course exceed the photos. We sat and watched the maritime action (Cats, yachts, and small fishing boats that went back into Salt pond to catch baitfish). Divers came out of the jungle beach and sunk into the sea. Was perfect, you get the idea. Host Ryan was beyond educational and welcoming and warm. We were not renting a car, so took his advice and used his taxi service (run by the infamous Kedith, who also was helpful in a pinch at one point) and ordered groceries to the house from Evan (who was stellar: a note about ordering groceries is to do it in advance as they don't do same day .. Evan was on St. John delivering groceries at 11 am when I texted him and he said he could deliver in the afternoon .. your mileage might vary). No matter what your stay at the house looks like, trust Ryan and use him for great information. Finally, Ryan was super chill about granting us a late checkout (due to one of friends flights being delayed a day) so that we could enjoy the house and get to the jetboat as a group once he arrived. Very very much appreciated.

We recently visited St. Thomas and stayed on Sapphire beach in a condo that was featured on HGTV owned by the same owners of this villa. We love it so much that when my fiancé’s sister decided to get married in St. Thomas it only made sense that we rent this particular Villa for the stay. This Villa is exactly what dreams are made of. There is a main house with a gorgeous kitchen views, a small office table, a main dining table seating, and then there are three mini apartments that are still attached but separate. Two of the rooms have balconies and one of them has sweeping views with extra space in that room for a couch. They really thought of everything. There are plenty of beach bags, coolers, chairs, high speed Internet/ Wi-Fi, brand new tv’s, binoculars, snorkeling gear, beach towels, and everything that you could possibly think of to have an amazing stay in St. Thomas. Of course we went back to Magen’s Beach and did some fun things around the island. Highly recommend their personal chef & although we didn’t use him the location is a bit remote so they could definitely come in handy. We ended up using the personal taxi service to pick up groceries from the store and cooked for the week. If you are going to order groceries please order them 3 to 4 days in advance so that they are there on time. They had a lot of good information on their fact sheets. I always tell people make sure you bring cash for the Taxi’s and grab the card at the driver that you like because you will be using them often on the island. We had breakfast on the table outside, there was a pool that lights up at night for a fabulous touch, and everything went smoothly. The owners are super responsive very friendly and we really look forward to staying at one of their locations again. Just book it and thank yourself later.

My family of 4 shared this property with another family with 4 kids ages 4 and 7. The property and views are gorgeous. The welcome packet is extremely helpful in providing information about the house and the island. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen and rooms have just about everything you need. One small thing I will add that is not apparent in the pictures is that you have to go outside to access the 3 private bedrooms. This could be difficult for some with small children. We ended up having our 4 year old stay in the room with us. Not a big deal. All of us had a wonderful time and wanted to stay longer.

The property was amazing and the hosts were responsive for any questions we had during and before our stay! I can't say enough great things about the location, the home, the amenities, the stocked kitchen - EVERYTHING was awesome. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this was the best!

We had a great stay at Good Vibes Only. The views were amazing and the rooms were nice, spacious and private. The house had everything we needed and more for hikes, dinners and lounging.

This property has amazing views of the ocean!! The house is equipped with everything you will need from cooking spices to beach gear. Very satisfied with our stay ….We did have a little situation but Ryan took care of it within a reasonable amount of time …..Definitely recommend !!!!
