We had two families share this beautiful home. It was in a perfect location - easy to walk and bike to everything.

We feel as though this house does not live up to the price we paid for it. It was quite a high price for the quality. The couches are old worn and one has a tear, the garbage cabinet is falling apart and has a duct tape patch instead of being fixed. Also, we feel the kitchen should be better stocked and better quality for what we paid. There was no containers for food and the glasses were cheap plastic instead of glass. We did still enjoy our stay and they helped us out when we needed the drains to be unclogged or hair in the bathrooms but just feel for what they charge it needs a few updates.

Worked well for our family. Spacious set up. Could have a few more of the basics in the kitchen (garbage bags, non dairy creamer, sugar) but overall a great place I’d highly recommend!

Beautiful and spacious house! Loved the indoor and outdoor spaces. Lots too do. And RELAX. Carolina One was great working with and was just a phone call away. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time during spring break at Folly! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was great for the kids (it was cold at first but when we let management know the heat was not on, they quickly corrected it). We rented bikes and a golf cart and those were there when we arrived and ready for our use. They had a ton of beach chairs and toys (as well as pool floats) so we didn’t have to bring ours and that was nice! The house was open and clean; however there are a lot of stairs and the kitchen in on the top level, so if you struggle with stairs, this is not the place for you. We had no trouble and appreciated the exercise! The rooms and bathrooms were great in size, but the beds in the bunk room were a bit hard and uncomfortable, per the kids. The other beds were good! The porches were so nice and great places to hang out and read. There is a direct walking path the cuts right to the beach but having the golf cart was awesome for carrying fall of our stuff. We ended up going further down a few streets where it was less crowded after the first day. We would definitely rent this house again, as it was walking distance to the main drag and beach and it was super nice and clean!

Location is great for walking to restaurants/ shops on Center St. and to the beach. House is equipped with everything could possibly need for a beach vacation. Plenty of room for a group of seven adults. Loved our stay.

I loved my stay at Bottoms up. The area was in a great location just about a 10 minute walk from all the hot spots in Folley. All rooms were very clean and well maintained. The pool and all the beach chairs available was the perfect touch. In addition, the owners left us cute koozie's that say bottoms up!

Our family enjoyed our stay this past week. Plenty of room and great location to the beach, downtown Folly and Charleston. The pool was a great bonus and we rented the golf cart which was super convenient.

This was a great place for family traveling from different states to meet up and enjoy each other’s company. We had ages 9-70 in our group. We enjoyed board games, family movies, reading and relaxing, cooking family meals together, walking to the town for shopping, seafood, frozen treats, and spending long days at the beach. We would come home from the beach and swim in the pool and relax on one of the hammocks on the screened porch. The beds were comfortable. The temperature in the house was easy to adjust. And everything was very clean. There was plenty of parking space in the garage and driveway for our three sometimes four vehicles. It is about 45 minutes to Goose Creek naval base, 20-30 minutes to Charleston, and walking distance to the beach.

We stayed here with two families: four adults and 5 kids and it was perfect for us. The location was great, a short walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. The walk was sometimes a bit too long for my 5 year old. Would recommend renting a golf cart for groups with small children. The house was clean, the kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

We’ve stayed at Bottoms Up before and love all the space. Our group has three couples and five children. Each couple has a nice sized bedroom with bath and plenty of room for the kids. Everything one could need in the kitchen. The big plus is the pool, the kids love the pool.

Nice quiet location but still quick golf cart access to anything and everything. The house was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and even great chairs and umbrellas for the beach! Would absolutely recommend and stay at Bottoms Up again in the future.

Bottoms Up was a beautiful home for our family. It had all the amenities you could hope for- we just wished it had been a little closer to the beach! We had a six-seater golf cart, but with an 8 month old infant, it was quite lumbersome hauling all of the beach chairs, tents, bags, towels, etc. every day! If we could move this property two blocks closer it would be perfect!!

We thoroughly enjoyed Bottoms Up for our family girls getaway. The house is very spacious, very clean and perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood. It is super close to Center St and the beach by foot or by golf cart. We would highly recommend!

Overall trip was wonderful. Easy walk to main street restaurants and bars. Straight shot walk to the beach. Home is great in well cared for.

Beautiful house in an amazing location. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for all nine of us. We enjoyed sunbathing and swimming, as well as walking to/from the local bars and restaurants! You can’t go wrong with this one.

Our group loved our stay! Beautiful home with lots of space. Great location too! Just a short walk to restaurants and shops. Only minor issue is each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper with no extra. We had to go out and get extra to last the weekend, but it wasn’t a big deal. Otherwise everything was great! :)

Our group had an amazing time staying at Bottoms Up! The house was spotless upon arrival, check in with Julie and Kelly was very simple and they were kind enough to let us check in and check out later given there weren't any guests before or after us. The location is walking distance to Center Street in Folly, and approx. 20 min to downtown Charleston. The only thing that we discovered is its difficult to get Ubers in Folly, so we had to make arrangements ahead of time for when we wanted to go to Charleston and the airport. Other than that we'd recommend this house to anyone!

This house was perfect for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids) gathering for spring break. Great layout. Easy walk to the beach. Great location on a quiet cul-de-sac. I appreciate that there were plenty of linens, cleaning products, and beach gear provided. Our only disappointment was that the pool heater was not working. The heated pool was one of the primary reasons we selected this house since we were visiting the last week of March. The owner let us know about one week ahead of time that the heater wasn't working and offered considerations. We chose to stay anyway and are happy that we did. The week was great for us. The rest of the house, location, town made up for it. But - if a heated pool is important, I'd make sure ahead of time that it has been repaired since I see a prior review indicated the same issue.

We drove from out of state to meet up with friends and their kids - 4 adults and 5 kids ages 9 months to 8 years. The house was perfect for us - very well appointed but nothing where we had to keep after the toddlers every second. The only thing we were missing was a cutting board. One issue came up regarding the lock to the pool - and the owner was super responsive (just limited by getting someone out to fix it right then). We had an amazing time and would most definitely recommend it to others and consider staying again next time we visit!

We rented Sunset Point for a 40th birthday celebration over New Years. The house was very clean and had a wonderful layout to accommodate adults and kids. The property manager let us know in advance that the heated pool had gone out and needed to be repaired. She was very accommodating and gave us some options. The location could not have been better as the street was super quiet but it was easy to walk to the main strip with all the restaurants and bars! We knew from previous reviews that you were not allowed to use the grill but who grills at the house when you are surrounded by incredible places to eat in Folly and Charleston...Yum!! We really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it for a trip to Folly!

It was our family’s first visit to Folly, we’d been to the Charleston area many times. Bottoms Up was a great house, walking distance to. The beach, pier and city center. It was stocked with nearly everything you might need and I can’t tell you how much that was appreciated! We were disappointed that we couldn’t use the grill, but after reading explanation, we totally get it. Might need to cap off the gas in the house grill to be safe-if that’s possible. We did not eat in Folly much, social distancing was not enforced in most places, our first drive in was past a bar packed elbow to elbow. We ate in Charleston a lot and we were able to cook at home because the house was perfect for that! When we go back to Folly, I hope we can stay in Bottoms Up again!

We loved our stay at "Bottoms Up". The owner was very nice to work with as well as the property manager. We loved all the extras, like beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and umbrellas. The pool was bigger than it looks in the pictures. The upstairs kitchen area is very large and with 11 of us we never felt crowded, plus we could all enjoy dinner at one table. We rented a gulf cart for the week and that was extra fun to travel from end to end of the island and explore. It also helped us get little ones and stuff to the beach. However there is direct walking access to the beach and a gulf cart is not an absolute necessity. The private street we were on was so nice for the kids to play on. Honestly this house was perfect. Spacious, cool and so close to the main strip and the beach. Thanks for a great week!!! L. King

With 8 people, we were all able to sleep comfortably. Location was great and kitchen, baths were in perfect working condition. Would come back again!

We had a great week at Bottoms Up! We were looking for someplace that we could get away from all of the crazy stuff going on right now, unplug and refresh. This was a great find! Julie and Kelly were great hosts! They responded very quickly to any questions and check in was simple. The pool was perfect for us and the golf cart was great to use to get around the island. The house was very clean, we felt, and had no concerns with that considering what things have been like with the covid situation. They were very mindful of that! Our favorite part was sitting on the porches and feeling like we were in a tropical rainforest. It really felt and sounded like that. We had never been to Folly, but found it to be a fun, relaxing, place to just relax. Thanks for a great stay! Oh, and the decor is so fun and beachy!

Beautiful property and well taken care of. Inside is beautiful and all the queen beds were so comfy. Pool was perfect!

The house is very clean and the kitchen is well supplied. The third bedroom could use a dresser for more storage. Kids loved the pool area.

Loved the house and the location! We gathered together as a family and every age group had fun. This is the first time that I wanted our vacation to last longer. The property manager was very attentive, and the golf cart we rented was a big hit with the kids. Easy walk to the downtown shops. Great beach and pool!
