Clean place with great location in Dallas and responsive hosts!

The stay was great and hosts are very helpful and kind.

My son's family spent the weekend in Dallas. The location was great and the owners were very responsive to our arrival and our stay. House was clean and check in very easy.

The host and owners did respond in a timely manner as issues were identified. The 2 bedroom townhouse was in a good location, most stores and gym were in short driving distance. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Primary concerns stem from the maintencance and cleanliness of the property. Majority of the doors were not 100% secure. There were visible cobwebs from the ceiling. Carpets and furniture could use a good deep clean. I did reach out to the host immediately, purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned all possible surfaces. Host agreed following submission of pictures to refund the cleaning fee. Owners stopped by to address surface maintenance such as light bulbs, faucet, and brought a broom. It wasnt the worst experience but definitely did not meet expectations for the amount paid and location. Everyone was polite and communicated on a regular basis.

We had a wonderful time. The rooms were comfortable and the hosts reached out to ensure we had everything we needed. Our toddler and kinder age kids stay upstairs and we had privacy downstairs which is rare!

This house was in an excellent (central) location for downtown Dallas. Not only was it well kept, but the owners were very responsive within my requests and questions. I would stay here again in the future, and recommend to others.

My sister and I and our husbands regularly meet in Dallas to hang out - I'm so glad we found Peaceful Dwellings! The townhouse we stayed in was close to everything, restaurants, shopping, Deep Ellum etc - even a really nice park to just walk around! The townhouse had everything we needed and our hosts were great at communicating! Highly recommend!

Property was clean and inviting. The townhouse is a little older but was decorated nicely, very clean and the neighborhood was quiet other than the sound of airplanes going overhead (flight path). Once asleep, it wasn’t an issue honestly. Water gets very hot so the shower was relaxing and appreciated. I appreciated the off-street parking as parking looks like it could have been an issue if it had not been available. A couple BBQ/grills were available in the backyard; next time we will utilize them! Communication with host was simple and she was very accommodating.

The pictures are much better than the property - and we left early due to some of the issues with the property. We had two dogs with us - and the front screen door had to be pulled so hard (to get it to close so the dogs would not get out) that you thought you might break the door. The back door was a challenge as well and getting it to close was quite the chore (my wife could not get the door to close at all and I found I needed to kick hard at the bottom of the door for it to close). In the back yard, we noticed the dogs keep going to a spot I did not want them at. It turns out the exterior bye the chimney had a big hole and it sounded like a critter was hanging around in that hole - so we avoided using the outside so that the dogs did not wind up in a tangle with a critter that might cause them some grief. Finally, the interior had cracks in many walls and other parts of the unit were what I generally would call tired. We paid a lot of money just to use it one night - and the issues we had were things that any owner should know about and not act like this was something new (and maybe with some simple, routine inspections). I go to Dallas a lot and I would not stay here again.

First time renting a property. Everything went great and Victoria is great at answering questions. Had heart surgery at UT Southwestern and didn’t want to be in a cramped hotel room when discharged. This was a perfect place to rest for a few days before going home. I have heard so many stories about property rentals. Experience renewed my faith in short term property rentals. Would not hesitate to do it again.

Property at McCoy was outstanding. Everything you need is quite accessible. Enjoyed this property very much.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, wonderful layout, the coffee k-cups and little shampoo toiletries were a nice added touch! Loved that each room had a t.v. and the little park down the street was great for our 4 year old son. The owner was so sweet to check-in on us through email during our stay, to see if we needed anything. We definitely will stay again if we ever visit Dallas in the future!

Beautiful house, located 4 mins from downtown. Neighborhood had everything we needed for snacks. Food. Medicine. Etc. owners of house were very friendly and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again.

Easy to access and safe neighborhood. Perfect go a couple or for one. Wi-Fi was speedy for my two zoom business appointments. Even has a washer/dryer. Great cozy place!

I rented the property as a more affordable alternate to a hotel for a business trip. The house is everything described. It was comfortable. It was peaceful. It was convenient. The host reached out on the day of check in to see if there was anything we needed. I didn’t expect that and certainly appreciate the extra touch point. We were working and gone most of the time so we didn’t use the kitchen. That said it was a perfect place to return, have a drink, watch tv and gameplan for the next day. Thank you for a great set up.

Great location. Close to anything you will need. Host was a great communicator. House is kinda dark. Could add a couple of lamps next to couch and chairs.

Close to downtown and one block from a park. Nicely appointed kitchen with seasonings and kuerig! A wonderful host as well!

We had a great stay in town for a few concerts. The neighborhood was nice and so were the neighbors. The house was as described and comfortable. Very easy check in and out process. We will definitely stay again. 1 warning for future guests - double check your gps before arrival. It tries to take you to a weird one way alley.
