We stopped in Southport to visit friends on our way home from FL to the Northeast. We stayed at this property for two nights and the location and accommodations couldn’t have been better. The condo was roomy with a great balcony overlooking the main streets in town. My husband and I enjoyed walks both mornings down to the river and nearby parks. The kitchen was well equipped and open for entertaining. Our friends came over to watch the NFL playoffs and the setting was perfect. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable AND the water pressure in the master bath was great. Communication with the owner was very positive and they were gracious enough to allow an early check in which was awesome. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely book again when we return.

I just needed a little getaway for myself and have always wanted to visit Southport. This place was a great location and size for myself to reset! My daughter came in from Boston for a few days and we did some antiquing and a boat cruise. My husband was even able to come in for our last night there. But the accommodations were lovely, the house spic and span. We had everything we needed and wanted for nothing! It was nice to sit out on the balcony and overlook the shoppers walking around. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend this listing! Also I recommend the pool for a relaxing time!

We loved this location and the private pool! This is the 2nd time we have stayed over the 4th of July and it's the best place to watch the parade. Sitting on the balcony, in the shade, watching the parade is the best. A short walk downtown to all the shops and restaurants, you can't beat it! The private pool is so great and refreshing in the morning before the sun is hot. It's like a hidden oasis. I would really love to see the weeds taken care of and the pool cleaned before we arrive. The pool was cleaned the 2nd day (probably on a schedule) but the weeds are really bad. We noticed there is a new privacy wall constructed which is nice. This year the temperatures were so hot that the pool was too warm to swim in after 2pm. The only shade is under the table umbrella, so maybe bring a canopy? There was not a hose to cool off the deck and cement around the pool. They do offer pool toys/floatation devices, which were fun to use. The bedrooms are as shown on pictures and the beds are comfortable. The back room (master) gets really warm due to the thermostat being at the front of the apartment, so keep the door open for air flow. The master closet is nice and spacious and has a ton of hangers, as well as the washer/dryer. I do want to say there may not be hand soap in the bathrooms, nor toilet paper or kitchen garbage can bags, unless the previous renter left some. The cleaning crew does leave a couple of dishwasher and clothes washer soap pods.

Really enjoyed our stay - loved the view from the balcony and the pool was such a treat!

My family and I stayed a few days at this amazing property. Everything was well stocked and in good condition. The location of this apartment is perfect. Walk out and pick a direction and you have food, shopping, and some great views. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely apartment with lots of restaurants and shops around. Went to Oak Island beach which was only a 15 minute drive. The host was exceptional which is always nice to have. Will definitely be staying again soon!

Perfect location. Beautiful condo with a well kept pool. Owner was very responsive and friendly.

We really enjoyed the location of the condo in the middle of everything. The balcony and pool were great way to stay secluded and watch everything happening. Only issue was not enough hot water but that is easily fixed. Everything else was wonderful. Great spot to rent - especially during July 4th weekend. You could watch the parade from the balcony. Parking was the other issue. While we were there we could always get a spot out front. But we only brought one car.

This place was perfect for our trip. Excellent location to downtown and for the 4th of July activities! We will be back next year.

We absolutely loved this location. Walkable to many places. It was also fun to be in close proximity to the ferries for extra exploration. The condo was very clean. We enjoyed the pool. Should be noted that there are steep steps at the entrance and also in the back down to the pool. Potentially not great for families with small children. It was perfect with our teen. Kitchen was moderately stocked. Missing sharp knives for cooking.

We had a wonderful experience staying here so much to do and see a quaint & relaxing place plenty of all necessities you would need Feels like home one of the cleanest places we have stayed and the pool was clean and very relaxing the pool man came 3 times while we were there the place is very well maintained I would recommend staying here💯

Loved this property and would stay again. In the heart of Southport. My favorite spot was the front balcony with the beautiful brick arch. Only challenge was parking. Need to be thoughtful about when to drive/walk so you don’t lose a spot close to house.

As always, the condo was clean, fully stocked and perfect for our quick trip to Southport. Highly recommended!

This property is in an amazing location, right in the middle of downtown Southport! The unit is super clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was very easy to work with and extremely responsive!

This property was awesome! It is so close to all the restaurants, shops and the waterfront. It has a great front balcony to sit, enjoy coffee and people watch. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. It was too cool during our stay to use the pool, but that is a great feature too.

We rented this great condo for a couple of months so we really got to know the area. It is in a perfect location to enjoy Southport - we could walk to anything we wanted/needed. Shops, restaurants, waterfront park, etc.. The balcony was awesome and even let us enjoy watching the huge ships going to Wilmington's port. It was too cold to enjoy the pool, but I would think that would be amazing in the summer months. If you stay over the holidays the parades go right by the balcony. Close to Oak Island beaches for walks and the Ferry for rides over to the other beaches and Bald Head Island. Very clean and well-maintained condo - the bed was even super comfortable which is rare to find in a vacation rental. Rawaa stocked the unit for our visit with snacks and drinks which was a really nice touch as well. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Southport.

Had an amazing time! The house was perfect. We could not have asked for a cuter place to stay and be centrally located. Could pretty much walk everywhere. Love this town will be back. Highly recommend staying here. Absolutely nothing to say but great things

Our long weekend getaway was FABULOUS! Delightful host who thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable. The condo was so clean and location perfect..we walked to the marina and shopping. Unfortunately the weather was cloudy and rainy, so we were unable to enjoy the private pool and deck-next time. Pet friendly-we can’t wait to book again!

Great house, great location, easy walk to great meals, shops, and views. A steep staircase up to the property and down to the pool/yard was a surprise. The fact that there was not a safety barrier in the bedroom made my spouse very anxious about getting up in the night and falling down the stairs so he kept the light on all night. I just slept in the other room. It's great.

This property has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay in Southport within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Host is fabulous, responsive and welcoming. Very nice welcome treats awaited. Would recommend!

Rawaa condo was beauitful. Set in the heart of Southport. Beautiful brick building, interior was laminate flooring, oak stairs, central air, ceiling fans, 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms, large open kitchen livingroom, 2nd floor porch over looking dowtown and large pool in backyard. Location was perfect restaurant Port of call directly across street was 5 stars. If you love coffee Port city java is 50 ft from your front. You can see Cape fear river from the 2nd floor front porch and watch large cargo ships heading out to sea. Best of all it was pet friendly. Our dog loved looking down from porch. Rawaa also left snacks and drinks. This is the place to stay in Southport. Can't wait to come back!

Great location, nice view of the water, the park, and the people

We really enjoyed our stay in Southport! Check in was tough because we called the number multiple times and left messages without any answer. That is tough with an infant who has just traveled since 5am! I would suggest sending the code to get in rather than just listing a number. When we got in, the place was beautifully decorated and clean! The bed was so comfortable! The restaurants and shops were all walkable. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as we wanted due to the debris from the trees. I would recommend sweeping the pool before guests arrive. The pool was a major draw for us to this property. We were so thankful for the recommendation to eat at Olivers! It was our favorite meal! Our only other complaint was that the listing says there is a hair dryer, but we couldn’t locate it even after reaching out for direction. Overall, it was a wonderful first vacation for our son. We spent a lot of time walking, enjoying the breeze, and loving the delicious restaurants and their outdoor seating! We would book again!

Beautifully appointed condo in excellent downtown location. (Howe Street is their Main Street.) Impressively well-stocked fridge and snacks. Nice kitchen for cooking in or take-out. Private pool. Balcony overlooking downtown on the front and nice private patio at pool in back. Southport is a quaint, historical, water-front town perfect for a low-key vacation or working virtually. Fun and delish restaurants. Super friendly and welcoming folks here. Don't miss a boat rental or ride with Southport Boat Rentals and eats at Moore Street Oyster House, Fishy Fish, and Oliver's. All pet-friendly. Looking forward to a return visit.
