Couldnt have asked for better. Nice and quiet location away from the hectic Old Orchard main strip and a 5 min drive from the beach.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable.

We had a great experience in Old Orchard Beach, the property was clean and well-kept. Check-in and check-out were super simple. Our only issue (if you can call it that) was that there is no conventional cable TV, only availability to streaming/apps, so make sure you’re familiar with streaming services in advance. Otherwise a great experience! Though we visited in December, so beachy activities were out, we enjoyed several local breweries and restaurants, and Christmas shopping in Kittery.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The only negative was the cleaning was not up to par and toilets and floors were not clean when we arrived. Vacasa we’re great about it though and handled our concerns well.

This home was Exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean and inviting. We highly recommend this location!

A very nice property. The number one benefit is this is a quiet community close to the golf course. All new homes/duplexes and very well maintained. It's rare to find a home with two king sized beds and three full size bathrooms. We were so happy to see there were three window air conditioners as this summer was very warm and many homes do not have A/C. Great to have a washer and dryer to help us pack lighter. Very large kitchen to make meals on site. We used the grill a couple times as well. The only complaint was the electronic lock did not work. However, the Vacasa agent was able to get us into the lockbox for a key that opened the house.

Arrived 6/25/22 between 6:30 and 7PM. COULD NOT ACCESS THE LOCK BOX/. Access code provide to enter garage did not work / was unable to reach management VACASSA until nearly 10PM. HAD TO BOOK AT EXTENDED STAY AMERICA. (WORST HOTEL EVER FILTHY) for $350. Next day someone from VACASSA met us at the property. Finally got to the lockbox. And into garage. I will say the VACASSA EMPLOYESS were very professional/. Was assured the doors now worked and we could use the garage door opener/. When I went out to the grocery store in the afternoon once again the code to garage did not work . Luckily my husband was still at the condo. For a second night we had access problems. If we went out we were unable to get back in if we locked the doors. It was Monday around noon the the access a problem was resolved. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed but there were too many unfriendly typed warnings from THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.(your car will be towed if on the grass/under no circumstances can you use the pool). VACASSA has horrible management. If someone had answered our phone call Sat evening ,most of the difficulties could have been avoided. They did credit one night and covered the hotel bill but this was only what would have been expected and did not begin to cover the stress of 2 lost vacation days.
