Pool was like a bath the captain’s cottage was grade A

Some of the other guests were very rude to my kids and the WiFi doesn’t reach the cottages.

The room was fairly big

The tiles in the bathroom and outside of the bathroom we cracked and moved a lot. Dangerous for kids. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Really not much but I’ll try! Location was as expected. AC worked unlike our neighbors. Small restaurant on site. Refrigerator was bigger than expected. Had toaster. Hot water! Non smoking.

Room not as booked. No sofa couch. Had to buy air mattress. Parking terrible and not enough. No one came to our room to do housekeeping. Had to go get linens and toilet paper twice myself. Changed my own trash. Threw my dirty linens outside of door in hall as instructed by front desk. No counters. No ice. Dripping everywhere from AC units. No light in outside hall for us to see the way to our door or the door - pitch black. Bed was so uncomfortable my husband had to leave a night early due to discomfort/no sleep. Linens were ratty. Furniture broken and not as pictured. Staff not friendly. Hot and cold were backwards on bathroom sink. Really dumpy place. Not enough outlets. Only overhead light in bathroom otherwise 1 lamp in living room/kitchen and 1 lamp that worked in bedroom. Closet door was broke and door leaning against shelf. Overpriced for such a low budget, not so nice place. There’s more but it’s exhausting. So disappointed. No elevator- I didn’t need it but saw others struggling. Didn’t bother complaining to front desk because they didn’t care about housekeeping, the lack of parking or the non working AC for our neighbors - and I wasn’t about to move my stuff and my family.

The location was perfect

The Tv was broken, washing machine and dryers were broken, no hair dryer, fridge leaked everywhere. Outlets in living area didn’t work.

Loved everything about this place. Great staff, great room, fun pool, beach is across the street. Cant beat it!

The room we stayed in with a dog and 2 infants was all the way on the 3rd floor (which I was unaware of when we booked) so it was just very rough getting all of our belongings and the babies and dog up the stairs and to the room. However, when leaving, two staff members carried our wagon with all of our belongings down all the stairs for us and let us go ahead to the car with the babies. Was extremely thoughtful of them and helped alot.

The restaraunt rumors was excellent. Best french tosst I ever had! Hotel grounds very pretty! Rooms very clean! Loved keurig!Fridge and microwave a plus! Noce touch with the gas pits and chairs to sit around .

Beds were a little bouncy, small pillows. Needed chairs outside room, staff suppled one when asked. Overall a great stay .

Decent, pet friendly location. Basic accomodations, no frills. Works for the price. Location is a little further away from the pier to walk back and forth but can catch the beach right across the street from the hotel.

The stairways always smelled like cleaner, but were not kept clean. Dirty stairs, over flowing trash receptacles. In fairness, it was after a holiday weekend.

I watched the staff in the morning managing the check outs and check ins. They were organized and polite. You know when you can feel a companies energy as they work....they were happy and quietly doing thier jobs. Maybe I've seen too many poorly run places but it was comforting for things to be seemless. Even the young lady that called and left us a message about late check in was cheery. And our things were exactly where she said they would be. Well done!!!

The young woman at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with some last-minute travel changes. She was extremely accommodating and friendly. Location is great, just far enough off the Main Street to quiet but close enough to all the action. The restaurant on-site, Rumorz Bistro, is one of my favorites in OOB. The bar is lively & the food is excellent. Bartenders/ Owner/staff are all super nice.

It’s in desperate need up updating. Chair in the room looked like it was 20 years old and had been chewed on. Mattress was hard as a rock.

Staff was friendly. Beds were OK.

Everything Outdated!!! Deck had no chairs as listed & remains of construction material took up most of space. Really couldn't use(pd. Extra for deck)When we tried to use stove(which we pd. Extra also) it set of fire alarm. Shower head leaked. Overall property outside was a mess. Weekend before we were away for school vacation and that exceeded expectations. This stay was supposed to be relaxing without kids and was a huge let down.

Near the Ocean

No security or office personnel. Tried to call # listed and no answer. No phone in room at all. No heat on when we arrived. Balcony looked out on a green pool. Walls were paper thin. You could hear tv and people next room over.

I was amazed at when I asked for flower petals just fake ones for a romantic getaway and they really delivered. They put rose petals on the bed but also made 2 swans out of the towels. It was so romantic and cute and they were just outstanding. Wonderful place to stay and clean and comfortable. Thank you for amazing accommodations we will definitely be staying here again.
