Cabin is wonderful for large group! Beautiful decor and clean and spacious! The basement and theater room was a hit for all the kids and adults! We were not expecting to be in a community of cabins and expected better views. Felt like this portion was not advertised as such. Also had trouble keeping the main floor cool but upper and lower levels were good.

Overall, AMAZING cabin! We walked in and the cabin was super clean and spotless. Absolutely beautiful too. The host had a s’mores cart set up for us too!! The pool was warm and so fun to swim in. We enjoyed the hot tub too!! Perfect cabin for a large group. The host was also super nice and responsive to my messages ! I would definitely book here again!

We had a group of 17 ranging from 1 year old to 69 years old. This home was accommodating for all! We had plenty of room and activities to entertain all ages. The host is very responsive. It was a perfect vacation for the family.

I have booked no fewer than 15 properties across the globe via VRBO/HomeAway and this might very well be the best one. The cabin is beautiful, large, and well-appointed. Tara made sure we had everything we needed and that she was accessible if needed. All bedrooms are nice, large, and comfortable. You couldn't ask for better group accommodations in the kitchen, gathering, game room, theater, or pool areas. Appliances are top notch, all home utility systems are stellar. My crew wants to go back - just to be in this cabin again. Thank you Tara!

Would recommend it Door to patio from living room would not unlock - was broken Wasps were present in main area Door to bathroom in one bedroom did not have a door knob Hot tub was not working due to a heating element needing replaced None of these concerns were difficult to deal with. The hot tub was repaired in swift time so we could enjoy it. A very pleasant facility. Very comfortable cottage. Entire family expressed appreciation for a wonderful place to stay.

We loved the home the decorations and welcoming feel. The pool was a hit so was game room and theatre room. Gaming on such a large screen was fantastic. Whirl pool was full and hot! Great vacation! Watching Top Gun in theatre room was amazing.

My family stayed at this spacious cabin for a pre-Thanksgiving gathering of 14. Despite positive aspects, we faced significant maintenance issues that impacted our overall experience. Several bedroom and bathroom doors didn't lock or close properly, compromising privacy. In one bathroom, a ripped shower curtain hung on the rod, and only half of the beds were properly made-- the comforters were pulled over the beds with folded sheets underneath. The game cabinet was a chaotic mess, with none of the games playable due to missing pieces and all the games being mixed together. The most alarming issue was a mouse sighting on our first night. Though we managed to remove it, the incident left a lasting negative impression. Basic amenities were lacking, with no shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the showers and minimal toilet paper for the 8-bathroom house. The promised cooking supplies fell short, with only one skillet. To be fair, things like there being only two rolls of toilet paper were mentioned in the pre-arrival information, but it was an inconvenience we did not appreciate on vacation. Despite reporting issues to the property manager as they happened, we thought a gesture of goodwill, such as a discount, would be appropriate, but none was offered. The manager did send a cleaning supervisor to apologize, which was nice. The house has potential, but numerous issues and the unwelcome guest made our stay less enjoyable than anticipated.

We had a great time celebrating Friendsgiving with 20 of our friends! The cabin was stunning, had several amenity options, and was definitely large enough to fit our needs! Absolutely loved the guide/details manual sent prior to your stay - it is so helpful! There were a few things that caused disruptions such as difficulty with the oven remaining at and reaching set temperature, the pool lights and pool heating effects not working (someone came to fix this on the last night of our stay), overflowing trash outside, and missing s’more items. Tara was awesome at communication though and answered our concerns and questions in a timely manner, so that was great! There were some cobwebs, too, in the windows that could probably use some cleaning, but all in all we enjoyed our time and would return!! It is a gorgeous property!

Our family does this every year and this year was the best year yet. Why? Because of the property we stayed at and the manager of thay property. Property was very nice, very clean, and as expected. Plus, the property manager Tara made things super easy and convenient. Will book again. Sure beats a cabin rental company and some “average” stay.

This cabin is beautiful & great for getaways! The roads getting to it can be a bit daunting but it’s worth it. The amenities are amazing; the views breathtaking. We came with a group of friends for a wedding & had a lovely time. Plus, the host responded to me quickly. Would recommend 100%!

We rented the cabin to celebrate my parent’s 50th anniversary! It was a beautiful place with easy access to town and had the amenities we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

It’s a beautiful house perfect for a big family getaway, the lay out of the kitchen, dining and great room is perfect for family gatherings. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare a meal. The interior of the house was spotless but the railings of the deck had cobwebs and dining table outside was dusty. The house comfortably sleeps 20, the mattress and pillows were ok but I hope the owner would invest on better sheets and comforters, they were rough and scratchy. My siblings didn’t have this problem but my bedding also had that mildew smell, like they forgot it in the washer, I couldn’t stand it, luckily they have extra sheets and blankets. Also if you’re staying longer than 2-3 days, make sure you bring paper towels and bathroom tissues as there are no available replacement for those. There were some minor inconveniences but I still recommend this house.

The house was nicely set up for families of all ages. Great location for everything in the area. Easy check in/check out. Tara was very easy to communicate with. We had a short power outage because of area storms which led to a fun experience for all. Great time!

This rental really does deserve a solid 5-star review across the board! Absolutely gorgeous home all around, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, pool, hot tub, home theater, kitchen, etc.! Everything was spotless and clean when we arrived and everything worked very well. I would 100% consider coming back to this rental in the future!! Highly recommend this!!!

The host was gracious, there were a couple of hick ups, that were unforeseen, and were remedied. The cabin was spacious & well appointed. Having bathrooms in every bedroom was a huge benefit for everyone that was with us.

The house is beautiful and accommodated 16 of us. We had plenty of room. The property manager quickly responded to any questions. We had a lovely stay!

Our stay was everything we wanted it to be. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and we had no complaints. This place is beautiful and we look forward to visiting again. Thanks for your gracious hospitality Tara!

Great property

This home accommodated our group of 3 sons and their families for 5 nights. The game room, pool, hot tub and theatre room provided hours of activities for the cousins to connect. We loved the king beds in each of 4 bedrooms.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful property. We had 8 Girl Scouts and their moms and the girls had a blast with the pool, hot tub and movie theater. The bunk beds were also a big hit. I am a chef by trade and the kitchen was perfect for the girls to have a private chef experience. We rented a house last year in Greenville and thought that it would be a hard trip to beat but this house definitely beat last years. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

The house is just as described/pictured. Check-in was a breeze, even allowed for early check-in. Slight issues with dead bugs in the home, and hot tub being cloudy. These issues were due to no guest prior to our stay. Also had issues with outside trash receptacle being full. Owner was very prompt in communication, and fixed issues quickly. As mentioned by other guests, the hot chocolate, and s’mores were not left out, which was not a huge deal. I would recommend seating on the front of the house and possibly a second fridge.

The cabin was nice but has a few issues. Well stocked-there were even spices, sugar, aluminum foil, reynolds wrap, plenty of paper towels and toliet paper. The only problem were the beds and bathroom counters. It was supposed to be a new cabin but the mattresses felt worn out the sheets were scratchy and the pillows were flat on every bed. The pillows were zipped into maybe allergy cases and some evidently didn't have other covers. We didn't sleep hardly at all. The bathroom showers were great but the counter tops didn't have enough room to lay anything down. The huge bowls for sinks let things roll down under them and you couldn't find. I found two things previous guest had left. I had to go to guest bathroom to have a place to put my makeup bag and curling iron on the counter. Redo those and get new mattresses, pillows, and sheets and this would be our best cabin yet because everything else was awesome! If you can't sleep you don't enjoy your trip.

This house was perfect for our family gathering. We came to Sevierville to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary. We had family coming from a couple different states. The house was wonderful, had enough space for a few different families. The views were amazing and the game room had enough to keep everyone entertained. The hot tub and pool were also enjoyed by many. The cabin is located in a convenient area - highly recommend the Goat coaster and Boss bbq. My only suggestion would to bring some plastic forks - there are probably only 20 - which go fast throughout the day and the cooks always had to eat with a spoon :)! Overall fantastic house and my whole family was super impressed!

This was a new cabin nicely decorated for Christmas. We had 13 people fit nicely. The host is very attentive to any and all needs. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

My friends and I booked this property for a reunion. It easily held a large group of people, and the amenities were just as described online. The view was great. The Pigeon Forge strip was nearby, so it was convenient to grab groceries and anything else we needed!

Wonderful clean beautiful cabin. Exactly as pictured. We loved everything about it. Swimming, hot tub, outside roasting marshmallows and theater room. We had 11 adults and 7 children very spacious. We will book again ❤️. Tara was very prompt and helpful with all our needs or concerns. Which were few.
