Where do we begin?First and foremost, this house and rental company deserve a 5-star rating. From the moment we booked until after check-out, they were fantastic. They allowed us to check in an hour early, which was perfect as it gave us plenty of time to get ready for a wedding we were attending. The house is very close to the beach, just a short and easy walk away. The home was also kid-friendly, which was great since we had two toddlers with us.Fast forward to the day we left. We were 50 miles from home when my husband realized he had left his entire wedding outfit in the closet. I immediately texted the rental property, and they responded within 30 minutes. They resolved the issue quickly, offering to mail the clothes back the next day.I would 100% recommend this company and this beach house to anyone. We had such an enjoyable experience.

Great location just a few houses from the beach. The house is clean and easy for spending time together or alone. The beach is very accessible and downtown is only minutes away. We found ourselves hanging out at the house and enjoying the sound of waves on the beach.

Clean, spacious, warm and inviting home with comfortable beds and a great location, less than a block from the beach. It was well accommodating for our family Thanksgiving feast. We would definitely come back again.

Just a little walk down to the beach and the house was much larger than we expected. The beds we’re comfortable and the entire place was super clean. Would highly recommend!

Amazing house that was perfect for our family, steps away from the beach, fully stocked with beach toys and boogie boards, extremely responsive hosts that were kind and attentive... overall this was one of our best vacation experiences!

Every year our family rents a VRBO for a pre-Christmas weekend. This way Grammy can see all the kids and grandkids to celebrate Christmas. We gather from around Southern California.
This was A great house for that!
An added bonus for this Grammy was the super comfortable bed!

Three generations enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend at the beach. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the shore. The house was clean, a good configuration for our crew, and we liked the spacious living/kitchen area. But, we were disappointed that the kitchen had no basics provided. Not even salt and pepper! Also, communication with the property management was difficult.

This was an excellent property. It was clean, free of extra clutter, beds were comfy, kitchen amenities were adequate. Absolutely cannot beat the location and easy beach access. We walked down and watched the sun set nearly every night of our stay. This is a super safe, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, a grocery store, donut shop and Starbucks. Will definitely be booking this house again next time we visit Ventura.

This was an excellent property. It was clean, free of extra clutter, beds were comfy, kitchen amenities were adequate. Absolutely cannot beat the location and easy beach access. We walked down and watched the sun set nearly every night of our stay. This is a super safe, quiet neighborhood. We came to town for a festival at the Ventura County Fairgrounds, and this was a last-minute booking. We are so pleased with our stay. The location is only a few steps from the beach, a short walk from restaurants and a small grocer, and relatively well-appointed with basics you would need for your stay. It very comfortably accommodated our party of eight, but could certainly sleep more. The neighborhood is quiet, the garage plus driveway allots four parking spots, and the washer and dryer made for a great convenience. Would definitely book again next year.

Property was clean and there was adequate bedding etc. It would’ve been nice to have a list of what all there was available for us to use and also what utensils and cooking appliances etc. were there. We weren’t sure what we were going to find. The up stairs bathtub was a little slippery. Also, a vacuum cleaner would have been nice. Finally, we could not open the garage doors. Those were just things that we noticed they did not stop us from having a great time. I
