I didn’t even stay there I made a reservation online on Booking.com drove all the way there for them to tell me that they were booked and they actually don’t have a room available there was a glitch in the system they said the room was under construction. The place was small super small the smallest comfort Inn ever been to as big as Jack-in-the-Box and the park sucked you couldn’t even drive through it was a joke. I got a confirmation email and everything saying I was gonna get charged if I canceled super annoying I drove all the way there to have the kid tell me oh yeah sorry we don’t have a room it was a glitch in the system like nothing to compensate my time or Anything and the room was under construction it wasn’t like somebody reserved it before I did and there was an actual glitch in the system whatever I’m over it do you want me to leave you a review and I did the front desk kid was super cool th

The staff was super friendly! It was very clean and very quiet. The beds and pillows were so comfortable.
The parking is a bit limited.

I am sorry I didn't get the name of the wonderful lady that checked me in. She was very pleasant, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and informative. She provided excellent customer service and I really appreciate it!! I will definitely comeback just because of her.

We were greeted with very friendly and good people at the desk. The entire hotel was clean! Loved that.
If I were to be really nit picky, I would say the cord on the blow dryer was a little short. This meant that in order to blow dry my hair I had to stand between the toilet and the counter. Good thing I’m thin.

Location was good, right off the freeway but quiet, we didn't hear freeway noise at night. Beds were comfortable. I felt safe. I would definitelty stay there again if I was in the area. My son lives in Ventura so he was able to make sure I was in a decent area.
The parking lot was super small. I was able to park after coming back from dinner but I got one of the last spots. Not sure where you park if it is full.

I was travelling to Ventura for a social visit. Comfort Inn and suites is my usual relaxation getaway, regardless the town I'm visiting.

Noise!! Hotel literally between the highway and a busy road. Paid extra for a corner room and still heard loud traffic all night.
Heating/Air conditioning. Different system than most hotel rooms. Tried to set it to fan to block street noise. Couldn’t figure it out-no instructions.
Security. Locked front door at 9:30. The room key didn’t open door, needed receptionist to let me in. Worried about car despite hiding everything in trunk.
Elevator. Broken and room on third floor. Someone helped me up, but no one to help down, if I needed it.
Cost. It was a budget hotel charging middle grade prices. I moved for the second night to a nearby quiet business hotel with restaurant and pool and paid about $10 more. And didn’t worry about my car all night.

Rooms are comfortable, spacious and shower heats up quickly.
The property does not have enough space for guest parking and often has large trucks taking up 3-4 spaces. If a guest comes in late or leaves, there is no parking. There is also no functioning elevator as it will be out of service for months due to needed repairs. It can also be loud due to the property being situated directly next to the highway. Breakfast options are either a brown bag with an apple, granola bar and water or a $5 voucher for the Weinerschnitzel nearby.
