We like the convenience of being close to the beach. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We did not make reservations and when we walked into the hotel, they told us we would have to go online and make reservations, even though there were roms available. So we walked out to the parking lot, made the reservation, walked back in and checked in. This was a bit irritating. Also, for the price of the room, parking should be free.

Clean room, everything worked as it should. Nice heated outdoor pool/jacuzzi.

High price. very commercialised. i do not like it when the first thing you see when you arrive is an advertisement to try to get people to purchase items similar to those used in the room (Even the mattress!). when playing 300 usd per night without breakfast, I prefer not to be bothered by advertisements inside my room.

The beds were comfortable. The room temperature was perfect.

I was not expecting to pay for internet. The room did not have a microwave. Stay did not include breakfast.

The rooms and finishings in this property were beautiful. the location was fantastic for walking around the marina. the food and service in the hotel restaurant the first night we’re fantastic. we had two fantastic males check us in, they were so polite and friendly.

we were woken up both mornings by housekeeping. they knocked on our door at 9.15am asking we’re we checking out today. then the second morning it was construction drilling. I called guest services to ask them why someone was drilling at 9.30am and she said they were fixing a shower head, I asked why they couldn’t do this later and she said no. she was not apologetic for waking guests. DONT HAVE BREAKFAST HERE! the food for breakfast was terrible. the worst we have had our entire trip and it was $50!! such a pity because the dinner was great.

The aesthetic of every space in the hotel is very nice. Check in was fast and friendly. My family and I enjoyed the Koi pond and jacuzzi. We loved how close (5 minute walking distance) from our room to the beach. Our room looked clean but not being able to control the thermostat to our desired temperature made our stay very uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were too soft for my preference. Overall I will stay again
