The host are great and quick to response. This is an older cabin, every clean with everything a group of people can use to feel at home. But it does need a little TLC. 1- hot water heater was broken so the first morning we all took bath by boiling water. This is no fault of the host as appliances can break. 2- Ice maker did not make ice, even by turning the ice maker switch on as per instruction on ice maker, our cocktail were made from a purchased ice bag. 3- top floor fan makes noise at any speed, needs to be replace with new variable speed fan. 4- top floor shower has a leak and drips on the bedroom below. Lucky we had a spare room. Would I stay again, Yes

We arrived during the rare Gatlinburg ice and snow event. The Host was so gracious with providing weather updates 2 days prior and checking in the day of arrival. Above and beyond considerate. The home was as described. The 2 fireplaces a plus and large bedrooms. We had a great time.

The overall condition of the cabin is pretty worn. Our sons sured up several of the deck poles and loose planks for safety. Bedroom furniture is pretty beat up, broken drawers, missing knobs, some rooms have no dressers for clothes. Towel racks are broken and a couple shower heads leaked. Very limited linens. The lower level fireplace had a noticeable gas leak so we couldn’t use it. Parking outside is very limited, if you have more than two cars. Communication with the owner was good, the washer broke while we were there and it was fixed the next day. While there is plenty of room for a larger group, which we appreciated, the overall condition is certainly not worth the cost.

We stayed at this cabin to enjoy Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas' Christmas festivities. The cabin is gorgeous. It was very spacious. We enjoyed family game nights in the living room and large kitchen area before we retired to our separate bedrooms. The teens had their own space downstairs that allowed them to have some personal time away from the adults. The cabin was close to everything but far enough away to have privacy. The owners were very responsive to our messages and made the check in and out process easy and smoothe. We will definitely be back!

The property was perfect for our immediate family. Not too far from seiverville (about 25min). Gave it 4 stars because there wasn’t a variety of pots and pans to cook with but an abundance of cooking utensils. Some of the furniture had tears and needs to be replaced. The 3rd floor bedrooms didn’t have TVs in case the ones staying in that floor wanted a little private “me time.” Also one isolated roach was found crawling on the wall in one bedroom. The fridge/freezer didn’t make much ice and the fridge could’ve been a little colder even after having it all the way on the coldest setting. All minor things. Would we stay here again, sure. We truly appreciate the stay and enjoyed our time.

Amazing!! I cannot say enough about what a great stay this was. A beautiful, six bedroom, five bathroom house, outside decks on each floor, plenty of rocking chairs to enjoy the weather. The inside was spotless and immaculate, all six bedrooms, bathrooms, in the kitchen, very clean. This place deserves six stars!! Less than 4 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, less than 7 miles to the national park, an awesome place to stay. Outstanding communication with the property manager, and very smooth check in and check out process. Highly recommend!

There were elements of this cabin the my family and I appreciated, such as it being so close to the Gatlinburg downtown area and yet not being right in the middle of it all and the spaciousness of the cabin/the amount of rooms and bathrooms. However, the listing is deceptive. The photos make it look pristine, but in reality the cabin was surrounded by trash (outside) and inside the furniture neither matched, nor was in good condition. There were literally scratches and holes in every couch in the cabin. Though the beds were comfortable, there was only one light cover on top of the sheets and no extra blankets to be found as well as a bare minimum of pillows. There was also only 4 bathrooms, not 5. Lastly, with every cabin I have rented on VRBO (around 5 cabins), the owners have gotten me all the check in information (wifi access, key codes, and directions) ahead of time. The owners of this cabin refused to give us any of this until the day of our arrival at the cabin. Then they did not send any of it until around noon, during which time we were traveling through the smoky mountains (coming all the way from Indiana) without hardly any phone or internet service. This caused for a panic when we arrived at the cabin without any access to wifi or any of the information needed to get in. This was extremally stressful. The owners should know to get this information to renters sooner as more likely than not they will be traveling from farther away!

The cabin was setup just as described. There was enough tissue for the three days we were there lol. We actually saw a black bear at the cabin during our stay. I really only have one recommendation and that is for a TV in the living room or one in both bedrooms on the main level.

We had 12 adults and it was perfect and everyone had there own area so you don’t feeling like being around anyone you had the room to do it

Property was very accurate to listing and had great communication with property manager. Perfect for what we needed it for.

We went with family to enjoy a week, but we got there and the A/C was broken, hot as hell and the coffee maker was also broken. The place is nice but was a bit dirty. We had to go buy fans to be able to sleep. I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t come right away to repair. The area is nice and the location is great close to the town.

The house is incredible cozy and with 6 bedrooms fit our group of 10 comfortably. The place was decorated fro Christmas and had a few "starter" packs for cleanup, such as laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. The place is a bit on the older side than other chalet rentals in the area, especially regarding the appliances and some of the furnishings, but it worked well for our group. We would definitely stay again!

Was nice, but the ceilings were dirty, walls had dust everywhere. We didn't have any dishwasher detergent, the hottub had mold floating in it. The pool table was broken, there was hair, dust and dirt all over the top of the pool table. The owner did not take our calls. He stayed in contact with us via email.

Delightful family gathering. Plenty of room for our party of 14 for overnight and some mealtime visitors. I’ve got to say, some of the furnishings are showing some wear but The Fresh kitchen and overall cleanliness, by far, offset a worn piece of furniture. Thus the overall Five Star rating. It’s hard to get five stars out of me for anything, but overall, this was by far, best Gathering ever.

The cabin was in a good location. All the Married couples enjoyed having the 2021 retreat here. had a rough start with minor issues but overall enjoyed ourselves
