Excellent cabin in great location! Surprised my wife for her 60th birthday, five of our adult children and their families stayed… plenty of room to spread out, had a great time!

This was perfect for our group of 21! The house is in a perfect location! The scenery from the large back living space is spectacular! Plenty of parking, fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. It fit our family with lots of room to spread out. The view was gorgeous and the owners thought of everything! We will definitely be back!!

The Mountain View Lodge was spectacular! Nestled away in the middle of the woods, overlooking downtown Helen and the mountains, this piece of paradise was SO PERFECT for our group. We had a professional all girls performance group from Tampa stay for camp. The layout of the house was perfect, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common area. The views made you feel like you were one with nature, in the woods. We saw deer and even a bear....The house had everything you would ever need, and felt like home. Fully stocked kitchen, bedding and towels for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and the outdoor space allowed you to really enjoy the mountains. The owners were so responsive and accessible as well and provided lots of recommendations for things to do. The owners even helped us take out all the garbage; personally delivered packages to the house and were very attentive to any questions we had. If you want a getaway spot in Helen I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this home. It is so convenient to the center of town, so tranquil and you feel like you are living in a mountain resort while there. My husband and I got married at a vineyard in Cleveland and we had our wedding party stay here for the weekend. It was absolutely perfect! It has so many rooms and lots of space for a big group of people. The patio is so spacious and has beautiful views. Teresa was so helpful with any questions we had and was very accommodating with any requests. Highly recommend, 10/10!!

This was probably the most fantastic experience I've had renting a vacation home. Perfect location, perfect views and the absolute best owners to work with. Everything was easy, communication was great and follow up was excellent. If this is available. You should grab it while you can!!

The lodge is amazing. It’s spacious, impeccably decorated, with great amenities. The Mountain View is priceless.

Our family chose Labor Day weekend to gather from all parts of the U.S. and we chose Helen as our destination. The house was extremely comfortable for the 17 people who stayed there. The game room was perfect for the kids to set up their own PlayStation and for the adults to enjoy a game of pool or darts. There were so many places for everyone to enjoy quiet conversations in a comfortable and relaxing setting. Even the large amounts of rainfall didn't affect our stay, we still hiked at Raven Cliff Falls, toured the city, enjoyed a roller coaster ride, played putt-putt golf, and toured the Hardman Farm. So much to do and see in Helen, and the home made the visit everything we dreamed of. Thank you for sharing the property with our Family.

August 15-21, 2022. This was the first time our large family of 12 had vacay together since covid-19. We wanted this time to be special and this location did not disappoint! We requested a clean, refreshing open space home with a full kitchen with cookware and lots of dining space. Open space living area to accommodate family tv time, conversations, dancing, and singing. And an added bonus was the game room. Bedroom privacy with each having its private bathroom was essential. A huge terrace with a fire pit, great outside views and a BBQ grill suited our laid-back attitudes. The home is nestled on top of a private Mountainside surrounded by incredible 360 degrees of breathtaking views of nature. Yet, only minutes from beautiful downtown Helen, Ga. It was a joy slow walking the streets being greeted with friendly smiling. Food stores, an assortment of restaurants with great food. Specialty shops: Candy, glass blowing and crystal shops, and water tubing. A few minute's drives introduced us to many other amazing towns and historical scenic views. We had the pleasure of meeting our host, their friendly and southern charm was a plus! We plan to return soon.

The property and location was more amazing than we imagined from just looking through the listing. It was the perfect fit for our family reunion of 19 people. The hosts were great and attentive to any needs that came up. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful long weekend. Lots of room for everyone. We had 8 adults and 5 children and there was room for more. Owners were very accommodating. View is spectacular.

We had the best time with our friends at this house. It is so convenient to downtown Helen, plenty of comfortable beds for everyone to sleep, and the porch area was absolutely amazing. For once, we wanted to stay at the cabin rather than exploring downtown because it was so fun. The owners were also extremely helpful, considerate, and great with communication. We will definitely be back.

Overall a great week except for the weather it was too hot for hiking or sitting around the fire pit. StYed indoors most of the time and played games

Teresa is awesome! Very accommodating, responsive, and knowledgable. All of her recommendations were great. The Lodge has amazing views and is a piece of Helen history. We would stay there again for sure!

The house is absolutely Beautiful. Hidden on a hill above town, the view is amazing and the nicely decorated and supplied house made living easy. The owner is very helpful and responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. We’d come again for sure!
