Great communication and anytime we had a question it was answered immediately. We’ve been coming to this area for the past 7/8 years and this was by far the best one! We had a small group- 3 adults, but this home is huge and would be perfect for a large family. The beach is steps away, and the large porch facing the beach was our favorite spot to be. We love the house and DeeDee was awesome very helpful arranging a motorized wheelchair for my handicapped family members after arriving and finding no walkway! The pictures shown of view totally inaccurate. Every day our view was of trash and multiple vehicles and construction. We’re a family with construction background and would never leave the site at days end without cleaning up the debris!Inside of house was clean and comfortable. Our family of 18 gathered here for a week Long Beach vacay and the house was perfect! Location was great as it was just steps from the beach but only a 15 minute drive to Gulf Shores. Tennis courts and pools in the neighborhood were a great benefit. The property manager was fantastic! She was so helpful and answered any questions immediately! We would stay here again.

The house was extra spacious for our tennis team! The location was great! It will be nice when they finish the two houses in front of ours so the sand area in front of this house will be clean, but it was a nice view from our deck!

A great stay with pros and cons Pros: excellent area, ver accessible and clean. It was a large home that could accommodate my group of friends. The house manager was always fast to a response. The beds, bathrooms and living areas were nicely kept. The kitchen was a dream and the 2 fridges were definitely well used for the amount of food we had brought. We loved that there was an outdoor shower and a hose so we could keep our house clean and there was plenty of parking space. Cons: The neighbors are very nosy up ahead near the beach. They would often stare and spy on us, sometimes with binoculars as well as taking several pictures of us, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. They seemed to not mind their own business, and tried calling complaints on us when we were following all the rules. Some of the amenities were probably aged. For example we were going to grill burgers and (1) the grill wasn’t cleaned out and (2) as soon as we got a fire going in it, the grill collapsed on itself. Another example were some of the chairs on the deck that broke as soon as we sat on them. Overall a wonderful place and a wonderful trip!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was nice. The only concern is that there are not a lot of seating on the porch.

The rental was spacious and open enough for our family to constantly interact during the Christmas weekend. The view of the Gulf water was outstanding, the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare and store meals and the bedrooms were so nice. The floors were a little dirty/sandy, only one motion light worked at night going up and down the steps during our stay, a few other minor things that were addressed & other than that a great stay. The open kitchen/living room design is really great for getting everyone in the same place for meals or enjoying a football game on tv. The bedroom layout is well designed as well with the bunk rooms being wonderful for the children. The proximity of the beach to the house was also good for taking young children to the beach. The property manager was extremely helpful and accessible. I would definitely recommend this property.

The property was fantastic! We had 8 adults and 12 kids and had plenty of room. Short walk to a non-crowded beach.

We had a great time and everything was ideal. Easy walk past a lot being built on to get to the beach. Very low traffic. Highly recommend.

This vacation was just what a bunch of nurses needed! All friends and have worked together for many years. The vacation spot was beautiful and the house was large enough for all ten of us! Some beds we didn’t even use. Close to beach front. Huge back porch to sit on at night. Close to orange beach and local attractions and lots of shopping! We will keep this property in mind for next vacation! Pool close by but took car there. The showers and the bed mattresses were wonderful!

A few positives and quite a few negatives. Positives- big house with plenty of space. Multiple coffee pots and three refrigerators so there was plenty of food storage for everyone. Ice machine was a great bonus as well. The house had great AC and plenty of blankets. TV's worked really well and had streaming services available. Would be a great place for large families or even multiple friends staying. All of that being said... The house- Solid overall. Internet wasn't any good, floors were nice and couches and beds were fine. The kitchen faucet leaks, ("chefs in the group") pots and pans are cheap dollar store equipment and vents under the microwave hardly worked. Cheap charcoal grills had not been cleaned and we found the previous guest old hotdogs still on them. Fridge downstairs smells like fish but not a huge issue. Trash around the property in the sand was pretty bad. Wood and other construction materials all around property. Multiple nails were picked up (including the one in my tire). There are no stairs down the center of the deck as shown in the photos. Deck stairs are on the side leading under the house. A bit misleading on the stairs and deck path leading to the beach. Deck drops off at least a foot and a half onto old harden concrete bags slightly covered in sand (two of us got cut from these). Neighborhood pool was just ok, seemed like it hadn't been cleaned all summer. Still not the biggest issue. The massive issue... The description for the property states that the owner purchased the properties in front of Diamondmine and had plans to build on them. It does not state that it is currently under construction and that crews would be working 7 days a week, 7am-6pm until finished (They just started Aug2022). We were woken up every single morning (to include Sunday) to construction noise, had to literally walk over wooden beams and through a live construction site with small children to get to the beach. Replace crossing over dunes with following excavator tracks, all while being told that there isn't anything they could do about it. Given the chance, I would have cancelled this stay and moved everyone elsewhere. Strongly believe we paid double than what it was worth to stay during this given time. I WOULD NOT book this property until construction is complete (my guess before summer 2024). I did want to mention that DeeDee who works with the property management company is sweet and came and checked on us during our stay.

The house was great for our multi-generational family- the house is laid out wonderfully so each of the five families had their space too. The view of the beach from the king bedrooms & deck is amazing. The two bunk rooms are large and worked well - older grandkids in one and the younger grandkids in the other. The kitchen is well stocked - we do most of our own cooking on vacation so really appreciated the kitchen. The beach is just a short walk away - even for the younger kids. The beach is very family friendly and not crowded which is very nice! The pool access is great too for a change from the beach when needed. Dee, the property manager, is wonderful and quick to respond if you need anything. We enjoyed meeting her. There are things to see in the area too - watch the Blue Angels practice, saw alot of dolphins, & visited the fort. The house is close to grocery stores or anything you may need. Great location! This house accommodates up to 26 and we had 20 planned to attend so there was plenty of room with enough places to sit and eat meals. The two bunkrooms were a great feature as assigned one for the young girls and boys in the group. With this large of a group we didn't feel like we were cramped for space. The house is 100 yards from the beach which was not crowded. Recently we we stayed at the Grayton Beach/ Seaside area in FLA but opted for Fort Morgan as there is a lot less congestion and beach crowding. Kitchen was very well appointed with plenty of storage for dry goods. Will definitely consider this house for the future as the Property Manager was great. The deck needs more lounge chairs which I think is being resolved.

Beautifully decorated house on the beach, we enjoyed our stay whether we spent it on the beach or in the house. 4 Large King Size Bedrooms all have wonderful views of the beach. The kids Loved the 2 Bunks rooms, there was plenty of room for all 15 of us to sleep.

It was so peaceful waking up to the sunrise over the ocean and hearing the waves from my large bedroom window. The house is on the beach but set back slightly, felt very private. Our host was super nice and helpful - she even provided her personal cell phone number in case I had any questions or concerns. When I mentioned a possible issue, she had sent a repairman that day. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues with cleanliness of one of the bathrooms, overflow of the trash can outside and satellite TV issues but wow everything was taken care of the next day!! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
