Overall, we enjoyed our stay and our vacation. The house was acceptable. One the plus side, the house was very clean, the appliances were totally up to date, great large screen tv’s throughout the house. Bathrooms were clean and good with plenty of hot water. It has a very nice washer and dryer combo. Also, the house is situated at the top of a hill and has a great breeze and stayed comfortably cool. It also has a great view of the nearby beach and Morro Bay / Rock. One the not so plus side, the contractor or whoever re-did the house left the house with slightly sloping floors - both downstairs and upstairs. They slope down from the back to the front. I do’t know what the amount of variance is but it’s enough to make it feel very odd when walking around the around the house. Should this be a deal breaker? Probably not! It’s just not stated in the description and caught me and my family by surprise. I’m sure there’s a remedy but since I’m not a building contractor, I am not able to make an intelligent suggestion. Also, the house is located in a rather rag tag neighborhood. Think it’s a safe neighborhood but it’s definitely NOT upscale. When you are looking at the beautiful view of the ocean you are also looking down on a ALOT of smaller, not so nice houses - just be aware. Overall, I would recommend the property. I think the property owners have done a nice job with cleanliness, appliances, good wifi, tv’s. BTW - the kitchen is good.”

Loved this charming home. Well stocked and very cozy. The driveway is STEEP so be aware, it’s a bit hard to park in for larger vehicles or those low to the ground. Views are lovely.

Everything was great except the bed was not fully assembled, which caused the mattress to sag in the middle. I fixed it.

The house is beautifully redone and has an amazing view. Easy to get to the water and all the bay activities. Easily slept 8. The driveway is quite steep but is easily figured out and becomes simple.

Gorgeous home, looks just like the photos. Cant beat the view. Super comfortable beds (prob some of the best I've stayed in at a VRBO). The other reviews are correct, there is a very noticeable slope to the floors, can be disorienting. Very steep hill and driveway - if you have a low car you may scrape the bottom of your vehicle. No coffee or shampoo/conditioner is provided, so dont forget to grab some on your way in. There is both a keurig machine and a drip coffee machine, though. Fantastic ammenities provided otherwise. Would def stay again.

Great house with a fantastic view.

This was a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the Rock in Morro Bay. We were very comfortable there and would recommend it to vacationers.
