The property was as advertised - convenient to downtown Carrabelle, fully stocked, well kept up, and plenty of room for two adult couples to enjoy. We visit this every six months, or so, but we usually stick to the motel/hotel route. No more. We will return to the Flip Flop'N this winter for our next visit. I'm booking that one now!

Loved the house and location but the air conditioner could not be set below 73 which was not enough to cool the bedrooms. We were not made aware of this till a few days before checkin and payment was already made. Cleaning charges are outrageous.

Clean and good location

Stayed here for the holiday weekend, and it did not disappoint. Great place to stay with a family that includes laundry room, full kitchen and nice size shower! In the heart of downtown with access to shops nearby. Great management. 10/10

The tv was difficult to use. There were no instructions on how to maneuver in use if the tv.

Conveniently located just two blocks from Highway 98, and the geographic center of the town of Carrabelle, so many things are right near by; the public pier and boat ramp, Carrabelle Junction, the best lunch in town, Millender's Seafood, where they have the most amazing smoked mullet dip and fresh fish. Carrabelle Beach is just a short drive and we love to either spend the day there or go there for a sunset walk. The house itself is perfect for a small group or a family. We had two couples and two kids with us, and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a large dining room table that seats at least 6. This was our second stay in this house and we find it to be a perfect base for all the things we like to do in and around Carrabelle. Returning to the house after a day out on a boat, riding our bikes or at the beach, it's always great that there are two walk in showers to freshen up before dinner. After dinner, we love to sit on the screened in porch and just relax and maybe enjoy a beverage. Some nights you can hear the live music drifting across the street from Fathom's Steam Room and Raw Bar. Some nights we enjoy walking across the street and joining in the fun, but it might not be for everybody. Unlike most of the towns nearby, Carrabelle is a town of mostly working people and not tourists. That's one reason why we like it hear, because it's not like all those other towns. That's why we like it here and why we will be back to stay at Flip Flop'N just as soon as we can.
