Music blasting all day and night from the bar/restaurant below.

Comfy bed and water pressure was great and warm.

Internally the walls have many damp stains in both the bedroom and common areas. The common areas were scuffed and generally in a state of poor presentation. There were no solid curtains, only shear curtains and the room looked out over the highstreet.

We were allowed an early check - so useful after a long flight. The location is good being on a busy restaurant and bar area and in close proximity to the old town and city centre. The apartment was clean and tidy with windows that could open to let in fresh air. The towels in the bathroom were nice and fluffy and the shower was nice and hot.

There was a little bit of noise from the street late at night. It did not worry us but the stairs were steep and narrow and would be an issue for very large heavy bags or for people with mobility issues.

The location was great as we were getting onto a cruise ship across the street. The room overall was nice and clean. The stairways and other areas were very clean and well taken care of. The location was very lively, but the rooms were very safe and secure.

We're not sure if we were aware that there were no common area or anything else. There was just the room and stairs coming up to the room. We may have overlooked what the description of the property was. It was more like an Air BNB that a hotel. We were aware of the noise before hand, but what we weren't aware of was the music was all TECHNO. All you heard was the same beat until early morning.

I liked the location of where it was

it was dirty there was a precious persons hair all over the place and toilet roll hadn’t been replaced and the windows were cracked and when I tried to contact the place they are more concerned on how I got their number then sorting out their issues

I have also forgot to ad a very important detail. Once I returned to the property after having my dinner somewhere where it didn’t smelled like mould , the main door from the house that is supposed to have a code was open. All this was happening while all these hundreds of people were around the bars that are the walls near the house. Absolutely dreadful and scary

Good location nice clean room

The booking process was extremely easy and we were also offered Early Check-In when the room was ready. The room was very well cleaned and everything that was needed in the rooms was there and worked. The shower pressure was sufficiently powerful and the water temperature was perfectly adjustable. The location was ideal, with it being lively and close to when expected and quite when needed. The staff were extremely quick to respond when there was a small incident with the room above us and we were looked after and compensated for the inconvenience more than adequately.

Location was convenient for my work.

No internet connection so the TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work. Very noisy from the bars and restaurants below with loud music until midnight. Quilt cover had a small brown stain so questionable if bedding had been changed.

Location is superb, plenty of nice restaurants on the street. Instructions to get the key was clear and easy to get in, Carper is very fluffy, Bed very comfortable, Stylish bathroom tap.

Few hooks in bathroom and some hanging rail in room would be very handy Mirror wasn't securely fastened Bathroom door require adjustment, not closing properly

On street where bars are, perfect location for our night out. bed was very comfortable, sheets and towels were clean brand new carpet and large bathroom

it was up 3 flights of stairs, some with no banister, lots of men hanging about in the stairwell, door to room was not a fire door, it did lock with a key from the inside but didn’t feel at all safe or secure. loft access right outside our room was left uncovered, poor workmanship in the room, I could see through the door frame. if you flush the toilet, dirty water comes up through the bath, blinds don’t block the light from the busy street outside, additional curtains would be useful. drawstring on blind didn’t work so opening and closing the sash window was difficult. the room gets very hot, tried to turn the radiator down but the control just spins, drawers in bed side table were full of dirt/tobacco and one of them had broken base. masking tape still on the radiator in bathroom from being painted,
