The property is clean, well equipped, surprisingly large and also cozy, very conveniently placed in Predeal, which can be your base for multiple mountain adventures in the surrounding areas. The host is providing recommendations and handy materials to make the best of your holiday, besides the apartment itself, where you can recognise the attention to details from the minute of your arrival. For us it was the 'home, away from home' in many ways and I recommend it without hesitation.

Nothing negative from our experience, just keep the prices affordable and competitive, so that we don't get tempted to seek for alternatives :) Probably my review will decrease the availability in the future (as it will be fully booked), yet we have to appreciate the good when it's really worth :)

Very welcoming and informative host. The apartment is very spacious and perfect for big families. The location is quiet and within a walking distance away from the main landmarks.

I was unable to control the heating. For the payd price , i conseder that they should offer control over the heating system as maybe i want 25 degrees , i only managed to get 1° Extra (23° instead of 22° Degrees celsius after asking for this especially . And the price on hotels should be for 24 hours not starting , or ending at the hour they want . I paid RON 390 for 22 Hours .

Locked heating control , only at 22 degrees celsius , abit cold in the night time , as my 5 Mts. baby legs were very cold . (Only managed , after calling the landlord , to get 1 Degree Extra , but still abit cold honestly)
