Отельчик чистый, хорошо оснащенный и с новой мебелью. 7 номеров, идеально для компаний с детьми. Завтрак приличный. Очень гостеприимные хозяева, помогут снять авто, посоветуют экскурсии. Вполне на три звезды.

Если придираться, то далековато от центра, лучше на авто. Зато тишина и воздух чистый.

Our stay at the guest house in Alma-Aty, Kazakhstan, was marked by several positive experiences. Firstly, the location, although in a residential area close to the city center, offered a sense of tranquility away from the bustling streets. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with charming interiors that exuded warmth and comfort. We particularly enjoyed the opportunity to relax on the lovely terrace and make use of the barbecue facilities provided. Additionally, the breakfast served each morning was a delightful assortment of sweet treats, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

While our overall experience was positive, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. One notable inconvenience was the intermittent problems with the water supply. Initially, we faced a lack of hot water, followed by the unpleasant surprise of rusty water flowing from the taps. Although these issues were promptly addressed by the manager upon notification, they did detract from the overall comfort of our stay. Additionally, we found the room temperature to be uncomfortably high at times, requiring us to seek assistance from the staff to regulate it. Finally, while the guest house provided coffee capsules, we were disappointed to discover that they came at an extra cost, which felt unnecessary given the overall price of our stay.

I liked everything about this hotel. The location is out of the city but it is easily walkable. It is in a quiet suburban area. The decor is clean, fresh, contemporary and colourful and the bathroom appointments are fantastic. The lady I dealt with doesn't speak English, and I don't speak Russian, but we used google translate and facial expressions, and we did well. Her help and attention to detail was excellent. I enjoyed breakfast; there were enough familiar dishes to balance out some that were different for me - all good quality with a really useful time that it was available. To have bottles of water replaced in the room every day was a bonus.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I'd like to return in the Summer or Spring to take advantage of the outdoor settings.

Аккуратный, новый,небольшой гостевой дом. Неплохое месторасположение. Приятная веранда, где в теплое время подают завтрак и просто хорошо посидеть.

Цена несколько завышена, завтраки- скромны. Голодным, конечно, не останетесь: есть каша, яичница. Но сыр, колбаса, выпечка - все по одному виду, без изысков. Натуральный кофе-1500, это дорого. В других отелях 700-1000. И звукоизоляция не очень. Народу в отеле мало, поэтому это не большая проблема. Но когда кто-то идёт по коридору - все слышно.

Приезжая в Алматы останавливаемся только здесь!
