All 10 days the guests or owners on top of our apartment were very noisy, jumping, hitting the floor, walking hard around the entire apartment too loud since early in the morning 5:00am to late night above 12:30am!!! I personally called the administration only to left unanswered voicemail. I called Upstay, only to respond that the do not owned the 4 floor and only could communicate with the administration for him or she send an email!!!! Unacceptable. Please do not advertise using the word relaxing cause it was the more stressful days/vacations we had in recent days.

1- booking.com took half the rent and said the other half was to be paid at the location. you wanted it next day 2- I wanted to pay the $100 deposit up front. you insisted I pay the day before. I had no internet the day before. 3- There was no smell, and the room was clean however, change the badly stained carpet, the rusted shower Curton rod and there were only 3 mugs in the cabinet. (upgrade) the room was the furthest from the elevator. 1 of us has to walk with a cane. give the address before we rent and the room locations in relation to the elevator.

I like that it was three rooms apartment. The air coming from the forest outside was cool.

It was not clean! Hair on the beds and some tooth flossing parts on the floor in the main bedroom and another bedroom. There is no shower gel!!! And as a dessert in the towels, I found some bugs. So I was disappointed. The payment process is very wired!!!!

Everything about the apartment was better than expected.
