The building is very clean and modern. I’ve stayed here twice now and think it’s a very beautiful comfy hotel. The staff is very inviting and helpful.

The parking garage for the hotel is too small so they run out of space fast. Had to park a few blocks away.

Stylish, contemporary, chic! Free upgrade due to celebrating our first wedding anniversary and birthday.

Bit too hot in the room and couldn’t figure out how to work out the temperature (not the hotel’s fault, mine) and a really thick duvet which was too hot for this time of year. Noisy fridge!

No parking available. Got utterly lost around Leicester one-way system, taking an hour to find somewhere else to park.

I love that it’s a really beautiful upscale hotel that allows dogs in the majority of the areas.

The property seemed ok itself but was chaotic - directions to the hotel were sent but the hotel name was different than listed/advertised, resulting in 40 minutes looking for an incorrectly named hotel, when asked at reception where the named hotel was, they told I should of come into ask and they would have told me it was the same hotel!! Having been told the hotel name had changed, tgen spent 30mins to find their offsite parking which didn’t appear to exist, returned to the hotel to ask where their parking actually was. A great manager (ran the restaurant) joined me to try to find the car park but it still took 20 mins and a few phone calls to find the offsite parking. Good news was they kindly opened the bar as I had missed dinner due to wasting nearly 2 hours driving around their site in Leicester. It was explained the issues were due to a handover in the hotel franchise and not the staffs fault.

Really attractive modern hotel. Our small suite was excellent.

The bar closed quite early. There must’ve been about 8 to 12 people still in the bar at around 11:30pm and the bar staff came round and said they would be closing soon. Any hotel I’ve been in before, has kept the bar open until the last customer leaves. We weren’t going to stay up much later than midnight, but did feel a little rushed. Other than that point, the bar was a good, inviting space.

The property is close by to a park, so being a dog friendly hotel this made it easier to take our dogs for a walk. It has its own parking (even though you have to ring up before your stay and pay for this separately). The Buffett breakfast is nice. Full of variety. If you have booked breakfast, you can also order something of the menu.

Hot! Apparently the law is that windows are not allowed on hotel windows for safety. This is what we were informed by a member of staff. Ridiculous in the heat that struck, with two dogs, an elderly woman and a pregnant woman sharing a twin room. The beds are small. Yes, they fit into the room, but I would rather have less tables in my room, and a bigger bed than what they call a twin/small double bed

Staff efficient and polite. Hotel was clean and rooms with modern facilities.

Parking was very expensive and will be a factor when choosing a hotel for Tigers games in the future.

It was like a prison block, but empty, and we discovered why. Requested a double room and got two single beds made up in the room. The lighting was gloomy, the decor tired and the mini bar was empty. The shampoo and bath gel was in industrial hideous containers that were obviously refilled with whatever.

Tried numerous times to book car parking and had no responses, until I called and was sorted for me.

Room air conditioning was noisy

The service here was great. Easy and fast to check and quick check in/out. The rooms are really well decorated, giving you a very modern, New York feel. The bathroom is spacious and well lit. It's very clean and fresh. The resturant has good service and delicious food, that's reasonably priced. And it was one of the best English breakfast buffets I've eaten in a while, definately add on the breakfast option. The location is very central to all amenities. The high street is a 10/15 minute walk away, no need for a Taxi in the evenings. They do have limited private, undercover parking available to book in advance for £20/day (lifts from carpark to room floors, but you do need to park up out front, whilst you book in, to be able to access the carpark. And the doors and lifts are all room card entry). Overall a fantastic experience 10/10 Would definately recommend!
