It was all self-catering which was just what I wanted. The room came fully equipped with a coffee maker, tea etc, electric kettle, fridge, microwave oven, large screen HD TV, centrally heated and oil-filled radiators; wifi and a dishwasher service. The private access to the room and parking was perfect. This was a well-thought-out and well-provided place to stay as there was nothing I could think of to ask for, even after six nights! To top it all, my hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. I'd be happy to go back if I ever got the chance.

Exactly as shown. Clean, easy to access, quiet and the owners had left milk and all the information I needed for my 2 night stay.

It was very comfortable,welcoming and easy to find. Fresh milk in fridge so you could have coffee,tea or hot chocolate and lovely biscuits. We had a lovely stay and would stay again.

Lovely place, exactly as described and perfect for our visit to the area! Friendly hosts with clear instructions on how to find house and keys on arrival.

The property was in a lovely area, and close to amenities. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, with everything you need supplied. It was also spotless, and had finishing touches to add to the experience. The hosts were very friendly, and responded to messages promptly and courteously, making our arrival and stay go smoothly. wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this lovely place again.

great location to Leicester and Brad gate park. toaster microwave coffee machine kettle and cups glasses knives and forks as normally we have to carry cutlery and plates around so these all provided. Great hosts we had a side area with a table with total privacy.
