Our stay was great! We had wonderful communication with the host and thoroughly enjoyed the home and the amenities offered by the community. Made some great memories.

Kids absolutely loved the themed rooms and the game room was a huge hit. Very nice communication throughout process !

We had 15 people in our group including grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. The youngest was very excited about staying in the princess room and the other 3 enjoys the Mickey Room and Mario themed rooms. The kids made a lot of use of the game room and everyone enjoyed the heated pool. Communication and expectations were clear and prompt. We ran into one issue which the owner was quick to respond to and fix. We all agreed we would absolutely stay at this home again if we vacation in Orlando.

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the sun , pool, Disney , Universal. We travelled with multiple families with children ranging from 4-14. The kids had a blast in the games room and in the pool. There was a ton of space in the house and all adults had their own bathroom attached to their bedroom which was amazing. The pool heat worked beautifully (in my experience with houses in Florida , it doesn’t work well elsewhere) The hot tub got hot and in the night when the temp dropped a bit outside , the pool was comfortable. The boys so appreciated the PS5s in the games rooms when they wanted to chill out. We also used the club house main pool a couple times which was very nice but the pool and privacy was so nice at the house we didn’t feel the need to go there more than twice . The only improvement I could see for this house is the mattresses in a couple of the rooms . The Paris room on the main floor felt like a deflated air mattress so the couple staying in that room moved to an upstairs room . Overall a lovely house for a fun, relaxing trip. Oh - the owner also reached out before check in, after check in, and right before check out to see if anything was needed and give clear information. I didn’t need them for anything since everything was great but good to know they were accessible. I’ll be back sometime for sure :)

Kameron was kind and informative! The house was very clean and just as pictured! My kids loved the game room and themed bedrooms. We had a little trouble with the hot tub and pool not heating when we arrived, but Kameron had someone come out and fix it right away! Would definitely stay there again 😁

We had a fabulous time. The house setup was perfect for our large group. The pool, hot tub and arcade room were hits for children of all ages. The resort was great and the proximity to the parks can't be beat. I can't say enough positive things about our host, Kameron. He was quick to respond to any issues that arose. I would recommend this house to anyone and would happily book again with Kameron in the future.

Me and my husband's family I did a 7-day family trip the week of Thanksgiving, with a total of 18 guests (ranging from infants to great-grandparents). The house was so spacious and neat, you'd never know it was being occupied by so many at once. Upon arrival, the house was clean inside and out, fully stocked kitchen (which was important for Thanksgiving dinner) and close to groceries, Disney and other things. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and chose a day indoors over visiting more theme parks. My family is already asking if we can return next year. My only suggestion (but certainly not a complaint), is that the TV's should be upgraded to Smart TV's to eliminate needing Firesticks :) Kameron was quick to respond to all of my inquiries and very friendly and professional from the time of booking until checkout. Thanks so much for the hospitality -- we will be back again!

My softball team really enjoyed the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was well stocked with towels, the kitchen was well equipped with utensils, it was a very clean house. The host was excellent, very responsive and made everything easy. A+

There was a few issues the tv in master bdrm was not working, the heater to pool had to be switched on manually,one lounge chair by pool was broken, dinning set chairs need replacing ,skee ball game could not be used due to broken plexiglass broken but overall place definitely nice for large family of 24 spoke to owner of issues he was very receptive of issues will rent property agian enjoyed our stay overall

Great house for families! Good space! Loved the private pool!

We fully enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. There were 20 of us, with ages that ranged from 6 years old to 80 years old. Everyone was able to find their own private space and spend time with the family together in this spacious home. There were 2 sets of washer/dryers, which was a lifesaver since our children used the pool every day. Everyone had a blast in the game room as well. I fully recommend this stay for a large busy family!

The house was more than we had hoped for . All of our grandchildren had their own space but the family area was big enough for us all to gather. The pool was big enough for all of the family. Kameron our host was excellent. He was only a phone call or text away and took care of us. The club house with the pool, the lazy river ,and the splash pad were fun for all ages. Overall we had an excellent stay

What are you waiting for?! Book this property. The manager went above and beyond to help us. Communication was top tier, house was very clean. The pictures does no justice for this property. I have been coming to champions gate for 5 years now and this house was the very best. Our family traveled from Arkansas, the manager made our stay very comfortable. As champions gate don’t allow trailers on the property, but the manager did everything above and beyond to make sure things where taken care of! Once again, book this property!!!

The house was excellent for us. The arcade room and the pool were a hit with the kids. The added touch of the theme room was very nice. We had 24 in our group. (Thirteen kids and eleven adults) The house fit us all comfortably.

The house was exactly as described/shown and perfect for our extended family vacation to Orlando. Nicely decorated, kids loved the themed rooms, and even the adults enjoyed picking their rooms. Neighborhood was great - really enjoyed the community pool facilities in addition to our private pool at the house. Convenient to grocery store, restaurants, etc. Kameron was VERY responsive on questions and small arisings during the week. Excellent overall experience for our first VRBO stay :-)

We loved the house and the house host was great! We all fit comfortably and the children had a great time in the pool! Check in process was easy and smooth. No complaints!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our family. The game room was definitely a plus with the different age groups of kids. I would recommend for any large family with kids of all ages. The host was very quick and helpful with answering any questions.
