Video games were a hit. Hot tub amazing. Deck was nice - no mountain view and pollen/dust covered but it was a chilly spring week. Very disappointed in the pool temperature. Thermometer reading was low. Maintenance insisted the thermometer was broke and the water was 84. Not possible. I couldn't swim with the kids as planned, and even the kids who are very hardy had goose bumps and chattering teeth. Location is very close to the National Park and all the attractions. Not much of a yard for the kids to run off energy and the road is a big incline to walk with them, but we found a nice local park. Trash pick up was requested but only happened once for the week- so it had piled up, but the rental company was apologetic and tried to help. Beds were comfortable. Maybe bring an extra blanket in cold months. Suggest bringing hangers. Rental company told us the crib in the pictures had been removed, but it was there. Hair dryers were a nice surprise. Good large group cabin.

This cabin was very pretty and had a lot of stuff to do. The kids loved the games, pool, and hot tub. There is plenty of space. It was a great weekend.

We have not rented from Bear Tracts before so we were a little nervous that the pictures wouldn’t match the real life version but that was not the case! The cabin was beautiful and laid out very nice. With 3 bedrooms on the main floor it was nice for older people in our party to not have to go up and down a million stairs. The only suggestion I would have is more outside trash space. For a 6 bedroom cabin only having 2 small trash bins just wasn’t enough.

Outdoor fire pit was great when we were able to keep it lit (it kept going out unless we held the button in for quite some time). Our only recommendation would be a larger trash bin outside, since the cabin holds so many guests, trash filled up quickly. Property was well-maintained, but the cleaning crew could be a little more efficient (i.e. hair on shower wall, used q-tip on bathroom floor in the corner). Beautiful, spacious, comfy home. We (Grandma & Grandpa) took sons and their families (four grand sons) to meet up with family from Florida. With the wonderful pool, hot tub and numerous video games, everyone was good just staying in.

The cabin waws great. It seemed to be about 10-15 min from pretty much everything. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and games. The deck and fire pit were great for sitting around talking. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone (13 people). We would definitely stay the again.

What a beautiful place with arcade for the teens to enjoy between group activities. My favorite was the extensive patio, where we could all hang out. There was plenty of room for 2-year old to run his laps around the perimeter as well. Everyone was happy!

We take this trip every year and typically head to the beach, but we changed it up a bit this year and headed to the mountains! The house was a fantastic place to call home base! Between the pool, hot tub, arcade and movie room there was something to do for all ages (7-17)! The house was in fantastic condition, the porch was an amazing retreat in the evening and we enjoyed seeing some of the local wildlife wandering around (raccoons and a black bear)! All beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen/grill was perfect for making larger meals for the entire group! The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed the close proximity to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg! Thanks for contributing to a memorable weekend for a group of dads and all their kids! We survived and came back with everyone...albeit a bit exhausted!

Adults could stay upstairs and visit while the kids could be downstairs playing games (lots of golden Tee was played) and swimming. Lots of room to hang out. We loved the large porch which is were we ate every night! The gas fireplace on the porch was used every night. Pool area smelled like chlorine alot the first night and no windows to open up to air out. Better after the first few days. Hot tub was great (cover was messed up but still worked). Video games were great. Movie room was perfect and used every night. When I needed something it was easy to text and get a fast response. Trash was full fast and I would have to text every day to come empty. Would be better to just have a system automatically to grab trash every day. Road is windy to get there but it was a beautiful walk along the road as we would walk every day. Fun to see the area. Overall it was a great vacation and fun to have all the cousins have a place to gather and hang out together.

This house was absolutely perfect for our first family vacation, we had 8 adults, 4 kids, and a 9 month old. We really enjoyed that everyone had there own bathroom and space to escape too, the movie room, pool and arcade kept the kids fully entertained. Property management was very quick to respond to everything we needed. The location is perfectly tucked into the mountains while being close to all the main attractions! We will definitely return to this house or another house the property owners have, thank you so much for an amazing first family vacation!

The covered deck and fire is perfect for sitting and enjoying the evening. It is huge and has tons of nice outdoor seating. The pool got used way more than I expected and the game room was great. The other thing that should not be forgotten is that it is right down the street from the Island. It is the best cabin in the best location that we have ever stayed in.

Location was conveniently located a short distance to Pigeon Forge but far enough to feel like you were in the mountains alone.

Our trip began disastrously, due to airline issues and some of our group were unable to get there because the airline cancelled their flight and couldn’t get them there for two days. But, after arriving at cabin, it was worth the trouble. We had an amazing trip. The cabin was clean and beautiful. We had a little issue and maintenance was there quickly to take care of it. The host was great with communication and answering any questions. The pool was clean, beautiful, and warm, the hot tub was clean and worked perfectly, and the game room and theatre were perfect for evening entertainment. We loved the location, with everything we wanted to do, a 10-20 minute drive. Nice kitchen, all appliances worked well. Comfortable beds and furniture. I would definitely recommend this property and this host. We are hoping to go back with the members of our group that had their flight cancelled, We would love to stay at this property again! This was the first time we stayed in a vacation home opposed to a hotel, we enjoyed this experience so much more!

It served as a great base of operations for trips into SMNP, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. We had some trouble with electronics in various ways, but they tried to get them rectified, and I blame it on just being a relatively new property. We didn't use the pool much, but that is mostly due to our schedule. We did appreciate that it was securable for the littler members of our group. We would likely stay here again if we were to return to the Smokies.

Everyone enjoyed the amenities that the property had to offer. About 20 minutes from everything but not a bad traffic route to reach everything that's offered in the area.

Everything was well maintained and very comfortable. The deck was amazing, my family really enjoyed it for smores. We noticed some issues with the house and contacted the manager. The property manager was quick to respond and fix the issue. Overall beautiful house and great stay.

This is a beautiful cabin with smoky mountains overlook. Got an opportunity to watch couple of bears pass by.

The house was great. The internet was a little slow but you are in the mountains and plenty to do in the house. We did spend most of our time out on the town and the house was great to come back to relax. The kids loved the pool and the adults liked the pool table and pin ball machine.
