Great location and very comfortable for our family

Very pleased! Highly recommend this home which has everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay. The kitchen provided everything we needed to make meals, the garage was clean and roomy for 1 vehicle and 2 spots in small driveway (not for large/long trucks). Very close to downtown and a one block walk to the pomenade & beach trail. Each room had its own heater and the whole home was very comfortable. Plenty of seating outside for fire and meals, good morning and afternoon sun. Wifi Solid service, even outside on back patio. Router located upstairs, no issues with streaming, except on the kitchen TV (netflix). Cleanliness Perfect. Cleaning supplies, dishwasher and laundry soap available, paper products and trash bags were enough for our three night stay. Property Very comfortable and visually appealing home. We loved the backyard firepit and left our unused wood for the next quests. A propane bbq that we didn't use was also a great perk. Plenty of space for a large party, or with kids and fur babies. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Vacasa Live chat, phone and email communication with Vacasa staff made our booking a breeze the whole time. With a last minute change, the Vacasa staff provided quick, fair, and effective service. Due to this I have higher trust in Vacasa and recommend it to friends and family. I have, and will book again!

Love the outdoor seating and fire pit. Sturdy large dining table for puzzles and games. We didn’t use the living room much because it isn’t an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining areas, but the furnishings were very comfy. Short walk to the beach and downtown Seaside - great location! The only complaint was not enough toilet paper. Not something to skimp on!!

The house is a block from the ocean, so it’s a quick walk. There is plenty of space in the house with a great upstairs loft/family room area. Nice kitchen and large dining area. Love it and would stay again.

We really enjoyed the house, it was clean had most basic supplies and in a great location. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Clean house, fully equipped, great location. Coffee grinder was broken and property manager replaced it immediately which was nice. Walls are very thin so the teenagers had to keep it down a bit, but otherwise a great stay!

Liked · Sea Breeze is a great place to stay in Seaside. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it had plenty of room for all. Two stories with 2 bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom and a large TV/play room. Downstairs nice kitchen, dinning room, living room 2 bedrooms, and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. We were one block from a beach entrance (plus a short walk on a trail to the sand). The back yard has a small covered eating area and a large wooden patio deck. Bring or buy firewood for the fire pit. The home was exceptionally clean and we felt very comfortable moving in for a thee night stay. This a nice place to stay and we highly recommend it.

House was in great location! Walked to downtown Seaside about 8 blocks. The beach is boom rt there! House had 7 of us and it is spacious and laid out well! Kitchen is big so no one was bumping into each other. We used the beach toys and frisbee in garage cuz we left ours! So the extras they offer are great! We will stay there again! Clean, warm, inviting and comfortable including the beds and pillows which is #1 with us!

Clean, roomy, lots of room and layout is great! Plenty of dishes and cookware- and cool Drip Coffee Maker built in wall- loved that! Huge fire pit in back and so close to beach. The only reason not 4 Stars was the dish/ tv- remotes were not working well and the wifi was not very fast so lots of buffering. Would stay again if that issue was resolved.

Our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit when it wasn’t raining. We used the bbq often, but we had to purchase a new tank of propane as it was empty upon arrival. No biggie. Property was clean, spacious comfortable. Great for entertaining indoors! I highly recommend.
