Property was clean, quiet and away from all the city noise. Location was great for my family’s needs.

The place feels very luxurious, is peaceful and close to many wineries.
A bit expensive if only a couple stayed, but definitely worth it if you travel with 4 others.

A wonderful property, brand new. Very spacious for our needs, attended a wedding in Havelock North. Close to town, lots of choices for restaurants/takeaways. Has a spa and used it. All bathroom essentials were provided, which was lovely.
A bit more privacy for the spa and outdoor area, but nothing major. We had a lovely stay.

The location suited us and we found the house to be beautifully appointed with everything we needed - except maybe a bbq.
We found the road noise a little distracting as we’re not used to it - plus we felt a little exposed. When the hedges grow it will be good.

Property was amazing, a nice relaxed cottage just on the outskirts of town. We had a very relaxed night and the spa pool topped off the night. Great communication from owners which made everything a breeze. Would definitely stay again when we are over that way again

An excellent venue for accommodation. The place was super clean and very well appointed. The spa pool was such a bonus. There were many extras placed around the cottage. I highly recommend this property.

The property is excellently located to explore the many attractions of Hawke’s Bay, and is in a nice rural location.

We loved the farm area, set up of the house, clean and tidy. The extra little touches - cotton balls cotton buds, make up flannels, even the crushed coffee beans ready for coffee which was yummy. Lastly the beautiful spa.
it wasn’t too bad but the road outside and the cars going past but it didn’t put us off we would be back.

The cottage was great. Spacious. Liked everything. There were sheep! Dean was helpful and great at communicating instructions after we did not receive any from bookings.com.
A little noisy due to being so close to the road. I think as the hedges become more developed, the noise will be reduced. The cottage & beautiful surroundings outweigh any noise.

We liked the house. We all were sad to leave the house. It made for a sweet holiday. The kids and adults are happy.
Also it is 4 minutes drive to central Havelock North, which has some excellent eateries. Allesandros is the best Italian food have ever had.
