Employees are very kind and they speak English. I travelled with my mother and we had a comfortable room with separate beds. We visited Antalya to meet up with some family. So we didn't use the facilities of the hotel. Just needed some nice breakfast (and they have).

The location is great and part of the stuff was really nice.

They changed the dates of my order in the date of arrival and told me that it’s not their problem. It’s probably the problem with booking with my order and I had to take another hotel and then come back after the issue was resolved with booking customer service. Apparently they modified my order because they didn’t have the standard room(the type I ordered) Moreover, because they had to upgrade us for that day but they wanted us to move to another room standard one for the next day. Obviously we didn’t want to change room every day and they charged us additional €50 to stay in the same room for another day. Really upsetting and inconvenient.

Honestly the service from the bellboy was the only good thing that the hotel offered his friendly vibe at breakfast and also his willingness to please the guests for tips.

They offer free coffee and tea in the rooms but no appliances in order to make it what logic - The management team especially the old lady that walks around doesnt smile and continuously looking for any excuse to charge you extra.

Staff don't speak English. My fridge door was broken and off. Chair is old and about to break. Air condition button is hard to turn on and windows are hard to close so I had to ask for help. Shampoo quality wasn't good. Water was accumulated on the floor while taking shower. Lobby is warm, no AC so I could sit there.

First of all the sensorsystem of the lightning in the common area was not good. The bathroom of the room had a lot of problems but finally after almost 2 days they did change our room! The staff did speak only Turkish language and barely other languages like English. They did not always refill the warm buffet of the breakfast on time! To have a fresh orange juice, they will charge you extra money which i never heard of this in other hotels (4-stars) around the world.
