Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, good coffee available 24/7 at no cost. Good location within walking distance to major attractions.

The room was very spacious, modern and clean. We felt very comfortable and loved our stay at Kali Centro. The room had a window, which was nice to let in fresh air. However, no view. But that didn't bother us since the layout of the hotel keeps most rooms to the backyard, so our room was very quiet. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The front office staff was super friendly and helpful. The house keeping was amazing. The location of the hotel is great, just outside of the old town. In walking distance to the historic center and Roma Norte. The aircondition worked very well and the bathroom was clean, spacious and featured a window.

The breakfast was okayish, nothing special and at times the small room was overcrowded. But since it was included in our rate, nothing to complain about. I just wouldn't pay extra for it.

Wonderful short stay. The receptionist that did our check-in was really kind, she arranged a lunch box for us as we had to leave before the breakfast started. Room was just as on pictures, clean and comfortable, stable WiFi and good water pressure.

Everything was great, I would only suggest adding a bath rug.

Great room, very large and comfy. Everything was clean. Bathroom was large and the hair dryer worked well. There was a free coffee machine in the lobby and water dispenser in the floor

the breakfast didnt have any western options, only mexican ones. no cheese or olives or eggs, almost no fruits or and no tea. the area isn’t really a good one. its about one km away from the center but is located in a dodgy street, close to areas you might want to avoid at night.

It was a clean place.

In my room it was very noisy. There was noise outside the hotel and it was noisy inside too.

The spacious rooms and comfortable beds very clean and well lit.

The hotel had upgraded amenities, complimentary breakfast and AC in the rooms.

We enjoyed a very nice five-night stay at the Hotel Kali just before Christmas. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They contacted us before the trip to offer safe taxi transportation from the airport, and later helped us hire a driver to take us to Teotihuacán. The hotel is well located, a short walk away from the Alameda Central and the Palacio de Bellas Artes, and a nice walk away from there to the Zócalo. The Balderas metro station is just 5 minutes away from the hotel, and from there it is easy to get to virtually any place in the city. We got to Chapultepec to visit the wonderful Museo Nacional de Antropología in more or less 20 minutes. We also got to the UNAM in a bit more than half an hour. Excellent taquerías and multiple shops nearby.

The breakfast is good, but a little more variety would be appreciated.
