The location of the hotel is very good, just walking distance from MRT and LRT, Gateway Mall/ SM Cubao/Farmer's Market. If you want to go to other places around Metro Manila best, cheapest and easiest way is to take the MRT/LRT which is very convenient. They offer variety of Filipino food in their menu and it is surprisingly delicious, I highly recommend ordering from Jocab's 😃 The room price is not expensive but the quality of the room is superb 👌

I didn't like when the floor outside the shower room floods after taking a bath. Also the aircon needs maintenance because it's leaking. But overall a good place to stay and chill.

The room is clean and has minimal modern design which I like. Bed is comfortable and shower has heater. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is nearby LRT, bus stations, and convenient stores.

Hotel's hidden charges that are not clearly matching the price of my booking in the app. The wifi connection is really poor if you check in at 7th floor or higher level. You need to go down to lobby area to connect to wifi. I stayed there for 3 days doing that. If you are someone who work remotely or WFH, this is not the place. The AC has leakage so I have to change room during my last day of stay. I can hear the elevator's noise inside the room. The bedsheets and towels are so thin and overused. I think it needs upgrade.

I like how the bathroom and the comfort room are separated. The room is really clean and also there was complimentary bottles of water.

I wish there was a floor rug especially outside the bathroom. Also, I arrived 1 hour after the checkin time so you would think that everything is ready but I still had to wait for about 20-30 mins before they let me go up, though I didn't mind the waiting I just hope that it would be smoother. Other than that I think everything is great for its price.

There was a leakage in the air conditioner.

AC not getting cold easily. Even you set it to lowest temp and cool mode. It took more time for room to get cold. Room not in good location and position since you can still hear the vehicles outside even I left a special request about it. They’re only using blinds not thick curtain for windows.

It's affordable and very accessible.

Because it's near a major road, you can't really sleep unless I guess you wear ear plugs.

- message the property if they have hair dryer, and they responded with a yes. but upon check-in, i was told by the concierge that they dont have it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ - no WIFI inside the room. you have to go down at the lobby to connect to the wifi. - the only trash bin is inside the restroom. - bed linen is too thin. - the elevator ding is sooo annoying. - no make-up room service. - no clothes hanger.

The property is maintained well and the staffs were all very friendly. There are street food, convenient store and restaurant all around. Very connected too, as its with walkable distance from both MRT routes.

If you are not an easy sleeper, then the noise from the street might bother you since it's right on the main street, close by to very busy bus station.

The location was convenient for my needs

The bed is uncomfortable, had to keep calling for toilet paper and other things as although I was staying for 5 nights I was given enough for not even one night. The showerhead needs to be replaced as it was a rain showerhead which was great but it didn't work properly.
