Great location and value for money

the beds were comfy and quilts nice and soft and thick

the bathroom Lino has extreme mould on it! the bathroom door does not have a lock on it! the lights in the property are not bright enough! there is not enough mirrors , one long one and only 2 small wall ones. the windows need to be cleaned of dirty and spiders and webs so that we can actually open them to get in some fresh air the property became very stuffy because of this. upon arrival we found a carrier bag at the bottom of the bed with used dirty sanitary towels in. considering it sleeps 11 people there needs to be more seating options in the lounge . the lighting needs to be sorted , as this made the room feel quite depressing . apart from that all was grand and like I said the bedding was comfy oh and one more thing plenty of plugs throughout the property .

Not enough chairs (only 6 even though the property is said for 11 people). No dishwasher (the presence of one was written in the ad).

The location was ideal for our short stay, two blocks back from the sea front, and really nice and quiet. Communication from the host was brilliant, really easy to get the keys from the key box and clear instructions for expectations during our stay and how to lock-up and leave!

The apartment is nice and in a good area.

No microwave There was a rag in front of the door, which was removed on Sunday. Flat number 3 was very hard to open, the door is no good.. There are rubbish onunder the bed and behind the sofa chair in the sitting room. Their is no fan and we can't open the windows.

The property was a fantastic location, furnishing made it pretty but there was a massive list of things wrong the house, it was beyond the joke.

Windows we’re filthy and would not open. In the main bedroom. It made it so uncomfortable to be in at night and to try and get ready. The bathroom had no running cold tap, the bath leaked and the wood on the bath panel was rotting. The stunt door did not have handle so it would not shot when leaving the property without a fight. The handle rail up the stairs was rested on the stairs not attached to the wall. The carpets were really dirty. It was a shame as it let the property down. The tv did work but would not connect to any channels so we no entertainment. Plug socket in bedroom did not work. The kitchen plug socket was hanging off.

They provided all cooking materials in the flat They made sure we were happy with everything by checking in on us via text. The house was perfectly clean and close to bus stop, sainsbury and co-op Property was more than what was described, I was very much pleased They respond very quickly should you have any questions

Hard to find something to not like

The location was ok and it was easy to get the keys. I don't think this apartment is suitable for more than 4/5 persons. Even though it has plenty of beds, it has only one bathroom. Also, there are only 4 mugs.

It should be cleaned better. Also, the beds were quite uncomfortable.

EVERYTHING!!!! Size, beds, kitchen, location etc All was perfect for my guests. Would definitely rent again! 😊

The only issue which i had was that main bedroom windows couldn't open. It was very difficult for me to sleep as i suffer was allergies. Fresh air would of been great!!!! / was really looking to having a roof terrace as that's why we went for it. But all was explained prior before of seeing the Apartment. Overall will definitely rent again!. Thanks for having Us.
